Your only role would be to design, we would handle all the content writing, and sales, and the split would be 40/40/20, 20% goes back into the business.

As of now the list is 150,000 business opportunity and turnkey seekers. This list converts well. very well.

We would send you the business concept and a project survey for each concept. This survey will show what we need for you to design.

This sounds like an opportunity that id be interested in. Would you be able to provide proof of conversions? Have you sold such sites in the past? Were I to participate, id like to know that id definitely be getting paid for each design that i produce.
