Weight Loss Niche: Let's Make Some Money!

Looking for a JV partner in the weight loss niche. Profit splits can be negotiated.

I understand the sub-niche like the back of my hand, as I AM that niche. I'll be solving my own problem -- a problem that isn't being met too well at the moment, but is shared by hundreds of thousands of people.

About you:

• You'll have a good knowledge of the health & fitness market
• You'll be in good shape yourself -- you need to practice what you preach
• You'll be happy to be the main face of the product
• You're okay with having photos & videos taken of you to be included as exercise demos in the product
• You're happy to provide customer support post-launch
• You'll need at least reasonable marketing knowledge
• You're looking at this as a long-term business, not just a quick buck
• You're laid back and fun to work with!
• You'll need access to a good camera

What I'll bring to the table:

• Copywriting and marketing -- I've led successful launches in this niche before, so know what I'm doing on that side of things
• Traffic generation
• PR
• I'll provide the outline for the product and copy-edit, but you'll need some involvement in this too
• Market research
• Manage designers, illustrators and all other professionals needed for the launch
• Set up the back-end, which you'll help me run
• Work on strategy for related products, partnerships and other monetisation opportunities

Although you'll be the main face for the product, I'll still have some involvement in this. I won't be strictly behind the scenes, by any stretch of the imagination.

The original product will be a main e-book combined with accompanying meal guides and possibly exercise demo videos.

Prior to launch we'll use a slightly smaller product (open to the type for now) as a free give-away to build up a reasonably sized list before we launch the main product. This won't be a quick buck by any stretch, as I'd rather get everything nailed and then launch rather than rush into things to make a quick penny.

Note: please only apply if you're already working for yourself running a successful business or happily working full-time. I already run a software copywriting business that I have no plans of giving up to work on this full-time, so I need someone with a similar attitude who won't be peeved when I don't put 40 hours per week in, but also someone who's not desperate for a quick buck, as in reality it's going to be 3 months minimum before we launch.

I might seem like a bit of a hard-ass, but I just wanted to weed out the people looking for nothing more than quick buck! I'm looking for a genuine business partner who I'll get along with.

There IS potential to make a lot of money here, and I'm not too bad to work with
