Hmm not sure if this belongs here or even how to properly word it. I'm in the offline niche--with a client who's a realtor. He's agreed to pay me 1% commission for every online-referred client that closes a deal. I'm willing to pay anyone half of that, .05% -if the lead is generated by you. Of course, with somehow to prove it. Simply them mentioning your name to me would do it. I'm sure there's other ways. He sells mostly luxury condominiums, and single-family homes from the $500k - so your commission of ex: $500k sale, would be $2,500. Not bad for one converted lead. PM if you see an opportunity. |

Hi, yes I made a website this past week - still needs a little work from info I need from him. Realtor Luis Osio | Doral - Brickell - Miami Beach Location: Miami, FL The website is having a bit of an identity crisis with the Spanish/English chaos, but that'll be improved this weekend. As far as boundaries, can't think of any, besides the natural challenge of proving you generated the lead without disqualifying essential IM tactics lol. Thanks. |
