PR 3WordPress Forum Needs Wordpress Expert - Ownership Opportunity

Hi Guys,
I'm currently in the process of re-developing a 500+ page internet marketing website with a 7000 member forum that I will be migrating from Vbulletin to XenForo and will have my hands pretty full for the foreseeable future.

So, I am offering an ownership share in my Vbulletin Forum "WPHelpForum(dot)com"
The site needs someone to welcome new members, answer questions and post quality content as often as possible, preferably daily when possible, as well as maintain the site and be proactive on the forum.

I have never done any link-building to the site and it's PR3 and PR2 and PR1 pages and categories have occurred naturally over time. The addition of Vbseo has also helped the site's rankings as it has been enabled from the start.

The site is updated to the latest decent version of Vbulletin, (4.2.2) and has a puzzle anti-spam registration form set up (we NEVER get spam user signups) as well as other functions that are setup to encourage people to join and become members.

The person that I'm looking for MUST have the following:

-You should understand that some time and effort are needed to get this site to where it can be. (this isn't a throw up ads and lets make some $$$ opportunity, it will require some time and effort.

- You should be very versed in WordPress (not just think they are) as there are questions that need to be answered or discussed daily on the site and only someone that truly knows WordPress can accomplish this.

- You should be able to spend at least one hour per day "on-site" to help the forum grow.

- You should not mind being in contact with me via Skype at least once per month.

- You should know or have some understanding of how Vbulletin works.

The site could be monetized in so many ways including a VIP area with WordPress installations and or WordPress design services or training and perhaps charging to offer upgrades such as Signatures and Special Offer fee's, posting stickies, thread bumps and more..

If you think you would like to be part of a site and a project such as this, I would like to hear from you please.
For the right person will be willing to offer a 50% ownership, with a signed agreement to that effect.
