Looking for a partner (w/ marketing skills) for nearly ready IM membership site

Hi,

I'm Michael and I'm looking for someone who wants to partner with me to launch a membership site that I'm building. The site is actually ready and some testers are using it.

Why I am looking for a JV partner:

1. I have a successful business that is taking up a lot of my time. So I don't have the time needed to market the website.

2. I'm from Germany, so english is not my native language. I need to have someone on board who's primary language is english as I know I make spelling and grammar mistakes, so I would need to have all the messages that I write checked before I send or publish them. (Or I wouldn't look very professional).

3. I am not very good at (english) marketing because of 2.

- With 2 (or more) you always know more and we can accomplish more. Besides, I prefer to have 50% of something, than 100% of nothing.

So who am I looking for:

- Someone who has at least a few years of experience in the marketing niche.
- having your own list is a plus (not a must)
- Familiar with how membership sites work
- Has english as primary language
- Is able to distinguish content from engaging content
- You have the same desire as I have to satisfy the customers and really help them.

The site is about helping internet marketers/SEOs/affiliates/content writers to improve the rankings for their texts or sites. It is done by applying scientific methods to the content and displays the results in an easy to comprehend manner and giving clear hints on how to make the content better/more relevant. In post pinguin/panda times, better and relevant content is something that Google favours, so I see a solid demand for the product. Sounds quirky? Your main job will be marketing the website, improving our own website content and occasionaly help with support and get feedback from our target group which features are missing. I will run the site, take care of everything related to hard & software and continue to develop new features and provide support.

Goal: 400+ paying members by the end of the first year at $37/month. You do the math.
400 members is a low number, but a reasonable number. I don't want to hype it here and talk about thousands of members. Let's start with that and grow as we go.

This isn't a quick way to riches, it's about building a solid and real business online in your spare time. Yes, you can run this in your spare time if you want (I will).
