Looking for SEO/PPC/CPM/Affilate Specialist

Hi Warriors,

I'm looking for someone who knows how to strategize various ways to monetize from an online blog. I own a rather popular blog in the city I live in that focuses around health and fitness. I'm in the stage of acquiring advisors and have partnerships with the local print / media in the city including distributors.

I have the ability to bring in traffic almost instantly, however I lack the knowledge to best monetize from my blog. I'm looking to find someone who is committed to the mission/vision of the business and has a strong sense of leadership and professionalism.

We can discuss ownership percentage when the time is right, and we can meet each other through Skype or in person.

Big Plus if you're in: (San Diego, and enjoy Fitness/Working Out)

    Hey I'm in Long Beach, but I do go to SD every so often. I workout at least 5-6 times a week haha. And I have 5-6 years of experience in SEO. I have 3 clients at the moment, and I also work for a ecommerce fashion site that delivers over 110k unique visitors.
