Those social bookmarking website not suspens it as a spam? I like this but I worried my account will be 'banned' if I sent all of them at the same time.

Most social bookmarking sites like it when someone other than yourself enjoys your website, or webpage, well enough to promote it to their members. Some people don't realize that each page on your website can be promoted individually.

Each page is a separate URL that can be promoted.

What if you write 10 separate articles for your website, and each one is so informative that it's promoted by your visitors. Why would you be banned for that? If someone other than yourself is promoting your story, that generally reflects well upon you.
