This is a very good way of building up your pagerank if you are new to blogging or are working on a new blog. Having a PR3 backlink to you would get your blog indexed by google faster than you would expect. I have confidence that it will grow to PR4 or PR5 in the next update. But your link stays!

Also, having a PR3 link to your blog beats having 10 PR1 links.

Good or bad you decide..

Are there specific types of blogs that you allow? Or are there no restrictions? One of my blogs is fairly new but I've been working on the content lately
