No, we don't have it that automated. I find it's better to discuss exactly what the customer is looking for and that's difficult to do with a standard order process.

3) What information do you need for each article ordered?

Whatever is necessary to achieve the results you are looking for. Some webmasters just give a list of keywords and tell you to get creative while others have more specific directions. Generally, the more information you provide, the better the results will be.

I've had a good number of inquiries but most are not replying after I tell them we require a 50% deposit. Not sure why that is, though. This would seem to be the fairest and safest way for both parties.

Perhaps you need more reviews so I talked to the team and 5 of us are willing to give out one FREE article (300-400) words to 5 experienced Warriors who will post an honest review of the article they receive.
