See the selection above michael. There are templates for different types of businesses along with some personal templates. Customizing one for a business or person is as easy as adding a photo or two and some contact info. Tom Caulfield (ChubbysBBQ) on Twitter is an example of taking a template and adding some contact info and a few photos to end up with a custom twitter site for a business.
