Hi everyone,

We are still very busy getting ready for our re-launch with Lily taking over most of the account creation service.

We noticed one major bottleneck in our service is the inconsistencies of customers' orders. I'm working to streamline that with a front-end ordering interface. So when an order comes in, we will be able to start processing it right away without going through several sessions of emailing back and forth verifying the customer's order.

So we are looking at re-launching our service in about a week if all goes well.

We are very sorry for the delays.
