1. NO. You do need to spend a few days to set everything up before you implement it, but that will be by no means labor-intensive, and once you have it up and running, you can continue to run it with about an hour a day.

2. The system already relies on outsourcing to free you from the most tedious tasks. Running the system COULD be automated (i.e. pass the admin work to a worker) but it's not specifically covered in the course since the time committment is already quite small.

You're correct that you need to hire a writer, but the beauty is that you always get paid first before your fees for your writer are due. However, you'd need around $50-$70 to get through the initial set-up stage; after that you will simply pay out of your profits.

I like the concept but I'm not sure about the process. You show us how & where to get the work to contract out as well as how & where to get the writers to do the jobs if I understand.

Do we need a website & sales letter? Do you provide a template if we do? It takes a week to set up, after that is the income steady? Do you show us where to advertise to get the work?

You're right about the concept of being a broker; and yes I will show you everything you need to know in terms of work flow, exactly as I have done it myself.

You won't need a website but I do recommend having a blog in the course. In the course I will show you all the swipe copy I use for everything related to putting this to action. And yes, I show you where to advertise and a strategy for growth after the initial income begins to come in.
