Maybe I am confused. It seems that with resale rights, the end user should be able to edit the graphics, otherwise it would be less of a reason for them to buy from a reseller. If resellers can only pass on personal use rights (understandable), in most cases, the end user is still going to want to personalize the materials.

No problemo, happy to answer your questions.

The PLR package includes all the PSD's and allows you to edit the package and the graphics in any way you choose, so if you were wanting to offer the benefits you were mentioning, that would be the package to go for.

As far as the benefits you can pass on if you go for the straight reseller package, that don't require editing, I'll keep it concise with a bullet list:

• 6 plug and play review sites, 3 as WP themes, 3 as HTML pages
  - These don't need editing to use, just add your content and go
• 6 plug and play minisites, 3 as WP themes, 3 as HTML pages
  - Same again, no editing required, they are already good to go
• 3 full WP themes, HTML versions included
  - Many many wordpress themes come with a placeholder logo included, as these ones do. This is a separate file, logo.png, that can easily be replaced.
• The graphics pack, many of which are suitable for use on other sites
• The banner pack, which I have kept generic so it can be used to promote any offering

When you consider that WP themes like these sell for $15 - $30 individually let alone in a pack like this, I do believe that the additional $10 to allow resale of this product would be very easy to make back, especially considering I am strictly limiting the number of straight reseller packages to a maximum of 10.

That said, if you would like to be able to completely edit the package, pass on editing rights, and pass on all the PSDs, then the PLR package is the one to go for. That pack also includes 5 articles and a report, so for resellers, that is a huge offering to be able to make.

I've included absolutely everything in the PLR pack, and once all 5 of those sell, no more straight resell licenses will be sold either. I want to see those who take up sales of this product having very limited competition.

I understand what your saying and I understand the PLR package is the best way to go and no doubt the value is there.

I was just saying, the Resale Rights Usage gives the buyer, the rights to resell the package to end users, and end users get personal use rights only. Understand that.

Thing is, if I was an end user and I was looking at the package, even just for personal use, I would want to be able to edit the graphics, not only to personalize it for my marketing, but to make it as unique as possible. I am thinking about it as what the end user would probably want or need, which would be the ones I would be selling it to.

Yeah totally makes sense. Those people who buy this from the PLR owners will be able to do exactly that. As you said, they and their buyers will be able to personalize the package, and make it unique.

The people who own the PLR package will be able to offer those benefits to their end users, and hence will be able to offer huge value and sell a lot of these packages.

I feel that for those people who invest in the PLR package, it's important for them to have benefits over and above the regular resale package. That's why the PLR owners are the 5 people who will have the sole rights to offer the kind of perks to end users that you're talking about.
