I am sorry - only Resell Rights is being included.

It is up to you to make them unique, as with all articles which are being sold to a x number of people - if they where only sold to 1 person - the price would be a completely different number.... But these articles are easy to make unique, they come without Titles - the Title is pretty important in regards to SEO. Some people will only do synonym swapping, some will change every 5th word, some will rewrite every sentence, some will add paragraphs, sentences etc and some people will only use the email version as autoresponder content. So the options are plenty!

From an ex-mortgage broker who was in the industry, some of the mortgage articles are outdated. Because of the sub prime crisis they were doing away no doc/nina loans, stated income etc. If you have current mortgage articles I would love to see them to update my website. I agree with you your bonus is worth more than the mortgage articles.
