To be clear on the Restricted PLR license: You are free to edit, dissect, compile, do as you please with the Twitter Marketing package. You cannot pass on full PLR to your customer. You can only pass on personal use rights to your customers.

To answer a question, the rights are listed with each package. If it is PLR, typically it includes a source file or if it's video it includes conversion instructions.

If it's RR or MRR, it normally does not include source files.

Looks like Twitter did another round of house cleaning and closed lots of accounts. I've been reading on other boards about it.
