I've always wondered when you folks talk about making $50,000 or $100K in offline consulting deals in a week or 4 days, is this typically paid as a lump sum or is it something like payments spread over the term of the JV?

Not that getting payments is bad, btw, just wondered.

It is all in what you negotiate -

e.g - if you split 50% over the four days and those four days are events - then the payment is indeed in four days.

e.g. 2 - if you create an info product with a offline business owner, use their list and agree to split 50% on each sale.

e.g. 3 - your marketing efforts inject a increase in sales for that business owner - you ask for 20% to 50% of the increased sales - that can be paid monthly as well and you can also ask for a 'buy out' or a equal percentage of the 'increased' valuation of the business in the even of a sale of the company (e.g. - before you started to do marketing for that company - it is worth $500,000...in 2 years with your help in marketing - that company increased it sales and also the valuation of the company is $2,000,000 and its gets sold -

the $1,5M difference is then split up according to what you negotiated - this can apply to a new company, existing company etc. and smaller numbers too - e.g. company is worth $50k at start, 2 yrs later sold for $200k (you then split the $150 k according to your agreement)

Hey Montero, GREAT QUESTION!

You Can do this VIRTUAL - I just launched a campaign where I

1. Sent 1,000 emails out to business owners in 3 different states (I don't live there, have an office there or a 'virtual office' there.

2. Emails had a strong call to action - email subject (most important to get it opened!) said:

"Only 4 ____________ Will Be Able To Get This"

The blank being the niche (e.g. Plumbers, Dental Offices, Chiropractic Offices etc.)

3. Got 17 Appointments from it and added more prospects to my list as I also included my website url which has an autoresponder set up , call to action to sign up as some may not call me today - but after receiving the 5 secrets report, emails such as '3 reasons your business needs a blog", and other video reports....you can close more in the future!

4. Got 1 client so far - $400/month
5. Closing 2nd client
6. RINSE AND REPEAT

Montero - that is just ONE example ...you can

- send direct mail
- cold call
- go to craigslist ads in other cities and respond to ads asking for your services
- hire outside B2B team / salesperson to target tons of cities!
- JV with targets in other cities/states / clients - I have one huge JV client in south of France. ANother in Ecuador.
- etc. etc.

So many ways to get clients Virtually...Just the TIP of the ICEBURG here in the above!



There is sooo much opportunity in this market to make money virtually and locally, AND HELP Businesses significantly!

Thanks for this latest offer, I've been wanting to break into this huge untapped market especially since I get reminded more and more these days how ignorant the average small-to-medium business owner is about internet marketing in general - most think that the only thing that needs or can be done is to slap up a website that looks good!

This has become exponentially more attractive now that you say (this is backed up by other big warriors in here, including Michael Silvester) this can be done totally without any physical contact with the client, just like you mentioned in your post above where you contacted potential clients not even in the same state where you had a presence.

One question though, do you go into detail with this course about marketing to and contacting people that are not in the same state as you, ie without any physical contact whatsoever?

Also, how do you deal with the signing of contracts when dealing with far-away clients that may not even be in the same country? Do you use contracts at all with such business relationships? Also, do you use your business entity (LLC, I assume) when dealing with them, or not?

Hey Paul - yes -the recordings of all the webinars- especially the one with David Preston on Day 6 and mine from yesterday (about outsourcing and how to 'Virtualize' your business...really delve in to that...

I had a 'watch over my shoulder' in the webinar where I detailed exactly how from another country - - - I hosted a webinar with the prospect who was in a different country --- showed him the results he could get by working with me...it was very powerful.

And David showed how he got a client in another state - the exact letter he used verbatim and how anyone can use that and work from any state, country to any other client/country.

Yes - I do have them sign an NDA and contract...
