I had that plugin custom-made by my programmer and I've personally used it to have posts automatically publish without having to edit each article's "scheduling".

I actually launched a website with a colleague in the weight loss niche and, using PLR content, went from 0 to 5,000 unique visitors per month in less than 3.5 months. It's all because we were frequently and consistently publishing new content on the site.

Of course, I always recommend doing some re-writing (either outsourcing it, or re-writing it a bit yourself... in the least, the title and first couple paragraphs).

But if you use Wordpress (which I also highly recommend) it'll be easy to grow the site and it'll be quick to index. You can also use my bonus Wordpress "AutoPost" plugin that will automatically schedule all posts and publish them at an interval you specify.

Regarding your other question, yes you can use the content on other sites you own. The key is that you must own and run the sites yourself (and not share the content with other business owners).

It all depends on what you're looking to do. If you want a huge article resource, you can use a "Magazine" style Wordpress theme (i.e. like CNN). Or you can use a traditional blog format. It's all your own personal choice.
