| My Wife's First Novel is Ready - and I'll Tell You How YOU Can Have Your Novel Published ASAP With POD! "I almost cried", my wife told me when she saw her first book in paperback: ![]() (You can read more about it at PlantLadyMysteries.com) It's an incredible feeling to see her words in a finished book, and I didn't write it - I can only imagine how SHE feels! So I'm celebrating by offering her book on the Warrior forum - and because it's a WSO, I'm throwing in a little guide for all you would-be novelists out there: Dave's Simple Guide To POD You get the book (to see how yours will look) AND the guide (so you can get your own book published) - see below for ordering details. What's POD? Print on Demand meant the difference between my wife getting her book out right away - or waiting months to get an agent, and possibly YEARS to get the book published (lead times for books ONCE ACCEPTED can still be 1.5-2 years). Instead, she wrote it, we proofread it, and then used CreateSpace to publish it within a week and a half - ourselves! ...And so can you! POD means sending a company your book in pdf format, and getting back the finished book in paperback. One at a time - or more - your choice. Of course, it's a bit more complicated than that, which is why I put together my guide! Details You NEED To Get Published Easily! And rather than a dry explanation of how to use CreateSpace (which you can figure out easily enough via their website), I explain the 'gotchas' that mean the difference between getting your book out there and selling ASAP - or getting hit with unpleasant details after the fact: * FREE software to build every part of your book. * How to price your book to sell - and so you make money! * What proofreading and copy editing are - and how to do them right. * What to look for when creating a cover. * And more! I'll be honest - you're spending your money to buy my wife's book, but I think this report is EASILY worth the price alone - especially if you've ever wanted to write your own novel! * Imagine your novel out there - not next year, but THIS YEAR... * Imagine how friends and family will feel when you're a published writer... * Imagine being 'taken seriously' as a writer now that you are published... Get published, and you won't have to 'imagine' anymore - my wife sure doesn't! So get it today! OFFER DETAILS Because of the high cost of shipping internationally and the delays, I have to provide two prices for Canada and US Only - sorry: Orders Shipping to USA - $12 via PayPal - just Click On This Link To Order Via PayPal. Orders Shipping to Canada - $17 via PayPal - just Click On This Link To Order Via PayPal. * The offer is for a copy of my wife's book (which you can read about at PlantLadyMysteries.com), and my report on POD. * The novel will be shipped BY POST to your PayPal mailing address ASAP - however, I will not guarantee delivery before 3-4 weeks so as not to get myself into a jam (I'll keep you informed all the way, of course). * The 21-page POD report will be sent BY EMAIL to your PayPal email address ASAP after your order, hopefully well within 12 hours or less (I'll have to do this manually because of the two price points - sorry). I've included details of Gwen's book inside, so you'll be able to understand all the examples without actually holding the book in your hands. Questions/comments always welcome! |

Hey Dave, Congratulations to your wife on getting her book written AND published. Certainly takes a lot of stick-to-it-ivity to get it all done, and I know it is a rush for her to see it in print. (We did one with Createspace for my daughter - they provide a wonderful service.) I look forward to reading the new book. One Question: Any rights with your report? I've been looking for a short, sweet guide to POD. Jim Erskine |

Thanks Dave, before I order, just want to check that there's no extra charge for shipping internationally? (I'm in the UK).

Hi JIm - Yes, they are a great way to get your book out there - that's why we went with them (they're also owned by Amazon, a big plus as well for selling!) There's no resale rights as of yet, but if I add them, I'll be sure to let you (and everyone) know. At the very least, I'll probably set up an affiliate program for it... |

Hi 'IP' - I'm absorbing all shipping charges, so what you pay today via PayPal is it. I expect it will be a loss leader, but to make sure everyone has a chance to read my wife's book, well, it's a bargain... |

Got mine. Here's hoping it's a signed copy... may be worth quite a bit some day! Thanks, Jim Erskine |

| By the way... For those wondering more about the book, it's kind of like the 'Cat Who...' mystery series by Lilian Braun (although the cat here is MUCH smarter), and a bit like Northern Exposure (quirky characters, isolated Northwest town). It's a bit more active, though - like Janet Evanovich's writing. Even I found it a fun read, and I'm not into mystery stories. One note - it's squeaky clean. The biggest swear word is 'dang'. My wife promises not to kill off main characters, throw them in bed together, or have them rattle off a paragraph of profanity. If this is the kind of reading you (or a friend) would like, order a copy. (oh, and you get a guide to publishing your own novel as well!) |
