I just cancelled my subscription tonight.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't received the second product (which was suppose to be 2 weeks later)

Even posted to have news 4 nights ago and no answer.

Mark please refund my paypal account.

I received my second product some days ago. I don't have access to that email account at the moment so can't give you an exact date. It did kind of blend in to the rest of my emails, but it came.

I received my second niche on Aug 16, Sunday evening PDT.

I would say don't sweat it (since others have received it) but the fact that some haven't gotten it, plus Mark not returning messages is concerning.

Hope he is OK...

I wish I had seen this thread yesterday ... I saw some previous posts between Mark and some buyers and clicked on the link that took me straight to Paypal.

I haven't received any follow up at all from Mark - I emailed him a couple hours ago...
it's only $9.00 but I don't have any extra money to throw around!

Will keep on checking this thread for a couple of days before I unsuscribe.

I am very sorry about this. I had a bit of personal stuff happening with my wifes family and was away for a couple of weeks around this time and had no access to my e-mail account or aweber account. It's no excuse for dropping the ball. I have refunded your account and sent you the latest package anyway.

I have been returning e-mails and messages since I got back but I was only monitoring the other thread for this WSO. That is completely my fault. Like I said, I did have a family issue but I should have had something in place to deal with these sort of things. A hard lesson learned.

Glad you got it. Your e-mail address was bouncing back when I used my paid e-mail services for some reason.

Again everyone, I am very sorry for the delays and the confusion. I dropped the ball in not being prepared for this and I will not use the family incident as an excuse. I have systems in place now and tools to prevent it from happening again and from now on my main focus will be to overdeliver.
