Robert,
You've done it again buddy... telling it straight-forward... giving information plus, and really letting Warriors get value for money with heaps of stuff that'll help them gangbusters. It's good to read your reports and WSO's, as they are real, they're you, they show you know what you're talking about (too bad you can't spell sometimes) but more importantly, they show that Warriors can easily implement what you teach immediately if they get off their rear end. Well done and keep them coming! David Cavanagh |

Hey Robert!
I picked up the ebook, and will be implementing what you advised. Superstar salespeople are a very different breed, and your book takes some ideas I've seen before, and puts your own twist on them specifically for looking online. Very useful stuff. There is a lot of material on hiring people, but most of it is written by employers and scholars. It's great to get this kind of information from one of those superstar salespeople that we are trying to hire. There's a huge difference between guessing what goes on in their minds and hearing directly from the source. Thanks for putting this out. Bill Shor AssuredProfits.com |

Robert:
I picked up a copy of the Maverick Effect and must say Robert that you over delivered on this 26 page report. You laid out nicely EVERYTHING from how to spot a superstar, a ton of sample adds you can use to post online, how to recruit these superstars (and their commission structure) and how to keep these beloved superstars around. If you serious about taking your offline marketing business to the next level, you need sales people PERIOD. This is difference between being a glorified employee (as the business owner) versus actually living the life you have always dreamed of. No one wants to be that guy that’s constantly hustling for more and more business. Let these superstar sales people do it for you. Again, if you are serious about taking your offline business to the next level, this is a “must have”. Robert’s product has outlined everything for you. Robert…the only question I have is…when you have the superstar market your services for you….are you upfront (to the superstar) that it is YOUR CLIENT….or do you say it is BOTH YOUR CLIENT? Being in the real estate appraisal industry prior to going on my own, I noticed there was a lot of debate (and unfortunately strife) on whose client a certain mortgage company was. In the world of appraising, associate appraisers had to have a certified appraiser sign off on all appraisal work. After the 2 years, the associate eventually got certified and went on his/her own. Because the associate (now certified appraiser) would develop a close relationship with the loan officer….the loan officer would want to use the new CERTIFIED appraisers company instead of the original company that the loan officer contact in which the associate used to work for. So the question is….how do you handle whose client it actually is to the superstar? Good stuff Robert! Much success, Chris Negro |
