This was a one off promotion back in July 2009 where I offered the book for Free. Now its reverted back to a paid for ebook at $7.

I saw your post about the commission.
One question, I can get really high rankings for this but 30% isn't enough.

My question is, what do you do when I get those high rankings?
Why should you get 70% and I just 30%?
If you want to work something out let me know.

We can dominate this market

Hi Mike

With regard to the ebook you get 75% commissions on clickbank. The 30% commission is when I actually make a real estate sale when someone purchases a property. So it would be the book that would sell mostly from the high rankings.

When a real estate agent makes a sale he would usually only give 10% away as a referral fee so my 30% is quite generous.
