This wso pertains to only creating a template OR does it contain a full website creation.....meaning..if I give you some product images, co logo and the text content, would you place them appropriately in respective pages and finalise the site for me to just upload it to the server?
I am talking of a site which will be homepage+7 intermediary pages ( meaning 8 menu tabs ).

I just wanted to chime in with my experience with Jay.

I hired him to do a design and after a couple tries, I didn't feel that the design was any better than the current XSP design I had. I asked him to redo it and referenced many of his own samples as to what I wanted but was told that if another revision (the 3rd one) was done, that there would be no refund.

Not happy with the work up to that point, I decided to go with the refund.

The refund was processed quickly so I do feel neutral with my dealing with Jay, no hard feelings at all.
