written by someone with what appears to be only a passing familiarity with
the English language, or that are seemingly churned out from the Article
Spinning Mill From Hell, or that turned out to be rehashed Wikipedia articles
mixed in with copied and pasted material from elsewhere on the Internet.

9 times out of 10 you'll find a "cheap" writer was behind the "horror
story"... and yet, what's remarkable is many of our fellow Warriors and
potential clients STILL seem to put price ahead of the more important
things like quality, so...

IT'S TIME TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

Quite frankly, I cringe every time I read one of those "horror stories",
because I know that most of the time, it's because the client went for
"cheap", and got EXACTLY what they paid for.

However...


WE WRITERS FACE TWO BIG PROBLEMS...

These are:

(1) If your writing is of good quality, and you want people to pay you what
you feel you deserve, how do you get your potential clients to recognize
that paying more will be worth it? How do you get them to pay more, and
WANT to do so?

(2) How do you stand out from the rest of the writing crowd, and in
particular the "cheap" writers, in the first place?

Let me share with you right now one of the single biggest "keys" to solving
these problems, and to earning more from your writing (I'll share the others
with you a bit later), which is this...


KEY #1: IT'S ABOUT "SELLING THE DIFFERENCE"...

What does "selling the difference" mean? It means demonstrating to your
potential clients HOW your writing service differs from others (especially
those cheap and poor quality writers), and WHY this difference matters to
your clients.

For example, let's say I wanted to sell you some software. If I told you it
was "High Quality Software", would you buy it from me? In all sincerity, I
hope you wouldn't (at least, not based on the little information I've given
you so far), because I haven't told you anything about it, except that it's
"software", and it's "high quality"!

Before you'd even consider buying it, you'd want to know what it did, what
specific features it had, why those features can benefit you, why you
should invest your hard-earned money into it, and so on.

Exactly the same is true with your writing service. Your potential clients
need to know the "features" of your writing, why it can help them, and
why they should invest in your service, rather than others.

Here's why this matters to you. If you don't do this, your potential clients
won't know the difference, and will go with someone cheaper.

So as writers, not only do we owe it to ourselves to "sell the difference"
(so we can earn more money ourselves), but we also owe it to our clients,
so they don't keep falling for the "cheap" writers, just to save a few
bucks... only to have it cost them dearly in other ways.

Now, at this point you might be wondering, "Just how do I sell the
difference"? This is where I come in:


AS A WRITER, WHY I CAN HELP YOU TO "SELL THE
DIFFERENCE"...


I've been marketing and selling online since 1998, and I've sold lots of
things including products, services, writing and software - at what many of
my fellow marketers might consider premium prices. (However, I always
believe in delivering great value for their money, which is why I rarely get
refund requests.)

In addition, I've also sold things directly in front of customers (what we
call "direct sales"), in one of the toughest and most competitive markets of
all - the home improvement market.

Just as in the writing market, there were many competitors in the home
improvement market who sold "cheap", so as part of a company that was
more "expensive" than most, I was trained to "sell the difference", which
was absolutely essential to making a sale.

I quickly came to realize that, very often, price was only the biggest issue
when I hadn't sold the difference properly.

So I understand exactly what you face as a quality writer, in a market
where too many "cheap" writers pretend to be offering what you offer, but
for a lower price.

After seeing some of the "horror stories" on this forum recently, I got angry
- I hate to see my fellow writers undervalue themselves - so I decided to
take action, to share my knowledge of selling in all kinds of competitive
markets (including the writing market), and to help my fellow writers get
what they deserve - namely, more money from their writing.

The easiest way of sharing that knowledge was to put it all in a report,

I read this book and it was very good. I have written over 500 articles in this forum so I speak from experience on the matter you are talking about. I guess I must be one of the newest writers on WF, having launched my writing service just over a week ago.

I am trying to stay away from WSOs so that I can concentrate on marketing my service and servicing my clients. However, I couldn't resist the pull of this WSO, especially when it looked like it was written with me in mind. Thanks Paul.

The price at the time (I don't know if it's gone up or not) made it a no brainer, so I took the bait. Am I glad I did!

There are good WSOs, there are great WSOs, and then you have the odd masterpiece. For me, this was the masterpiece.

I fail to see how any major publishing house will refuse to take on this book... and to call Paul's publication an ebook is to insult it.

Such wisdom... such clarity... such insight... such originality. Need I go on?

I agree. I also got my hands on an advanced copy, and I have to say that it's an excellent book, and goes far beyond what you'd expect from another guide. I really appreciate the quality of writing of the ebook itself -- just reading it helps instill many of the principles of writing effective copy.

Yes, this one's a no-brainer. It's actually the first WSO I've bought in the last 5 months and would be tremendous value at the retail price, let alone the current WSO price. I don't work for less than $45/$50 per hour (two "articles" will be about an hour, for me, normally) and I learned plenty from it. "Small Changes, Big Profits" by Paul is one I would recommend to supplement this one.

I'm just starting out properly online and this sounds ideal. I've been really ticked off by the low quality, low price tat that is touted online and heartily agree with your article. I can't wait to read your e-book. Thank you for sharing it, especially at such a fantastic price. I sold an article online via a big name site last year but was shocked by the 'cut' they took so I've decided to try and sell my articles myself via my own website. Not sure how it'll work out but at least I'll be doing something that I enjoy! Thank you again.

I'm on page eleven of this report and I'm actually tempted to stop reading here. Why? Because I've just shelled out a 'massive' $14 (£9.58GBP) for this report and to be totally honest, I've had more than my money's worth out of it already.

Although I've been writing professionally for some time, I still find that reports are a worthwhile investment. Even the bad ones are worth reading because it sometimes gives you a great idea of what NOT to do. This isn't a bad report, though. It's an absolute gem and on a comparison with some of the best I've ever read. Remember I'm only on page eleven. I've scanned a few other pages and will finish reading this tonight when I've completed my work for the day.

Prior to purchasing this report, I knew nothing about Paul or his work. Today, I'm already an absolute convert and this has to be one of the most powerful reports I've come across. From a single sentence on page ten, I've not only realised one of the major mistakes I've been making for ages but I've also been misjudging writers who, by my own preconceptions, seemed to be making basic grammatical errors based on strict rulings that I tend to adopt myself. Not for any longer though. For less than a tenner (UK prices, of course!), I've purchased the key to a brand new slant on my writing. Superb value.

Paul - We may or may not ever make contact but this is arguably the best investment I've ever made in terms of reports. I already make a respectable living from my work but I anticipate that this will increase my earnings significantly. Many thanks for an unselfish publication that will be a Godsend to new and seasoned writers for many years to come.
