TIP: Don't wait until your content is finished to schedule it. Get it scheduled as soon as possible (even if it it weeks in the future) and start inviting people to register. It is amazing how much it helps to have a deadline that you cannot miss because people are signed up!

As far as the transcript, we paid to get it done. There are several services out there to do this, but they tend to be expensive and slow!

Here is a HOT tip on transcription: call your local court reporter school and ask to speak to the career planning and placement person. Then tell them you are looking for some students to do some transcription work for you. Explain the work and you should have a few call you back. Give them some simple and short assignments at first to test them out. Some will be flakes or poor quality, but you should be able to find some good ones that you can rely on pretty easily. Look at professional online services and see what they are charging per minute of audio, then offer less. It is a win-win, since they have to practice anyway.
