1. The URL's or KW's can be different. You can have up to "5" combinations.
2. No minimum. And you are reading that price correctly.
3. I have quite a large cluster of clients, and a lot ahead of you, but 7 days is fine for that amount of links. We have been trying to make great improvements on speed and quality, and it is finally beginning to shine through.

I just want everyone to know that I have been having a major issue I have been dealing with. I want to let you know before anyone freaks or panics.

My 6 year old autistic son has been going through some surgeries, and we have been going to specialists here and there. He is going blind, and we are hoping that they can get him through this, and retain some of his eye site.

We finally got back today, and before I get to addressing some of the messages here and emails and PM's, I want to say thank you for your prayers and patience.

This has been one of the worst few weeks of my life. I have been so distraught, I had to disconnect myself from everything to keep my sanity. My son came through his surgeries fine, but not without a very big scare. After his last surgery, he did not come out of his anesthesia for 6 1/2 days. You can imagine our fright. He still has one more operation to go, but things are looking good for him. I am starting to be a believer that your prayers have helped him pull through this. Doctors are saying he is going to be able to see, and that is the utmost joy in my life. I can not thank you all very much.

When they say when it rains, it pours, this has been a month of pure flooding. Now that I am back to get you all caught up, I do have one other problem to sort out. A lot of my team that works for me, happens to be in the Philippines. That does not bode well at the moment. They have been inundated, if you have seen the weather, with flooding, and one heck of a big typhoon. Communication is down, and most all of the completed works are in their possession. I do have one individual there, who I have communication with still, is going to round up everything I need from the other workers, so we can get everything to yourselves as well.

Now to address the ones here in the thread:

Your choice, but there is no way that I would pay for a second month if I hadn't received the first month's report.

We all want you to come through with the goods Steve, and you have had our goodwill for a while now, but I'm 24 hours away from a Paypal chargeback. It's not really on for you to take people's money and not deliver anything, and not even stay in regular communication. Especially as you're continuing to take new orders.

Please deliver the links that have been paid for (I've got two lots outstanding), and restore a bit of goodwill.

Hey, sorry, I guess my estimate is a big bit wrong. 300+ accounts does make it hard to please everyone, and I sympathize with anyone waiting. My contact with all my Philippines workers is very intermittent, and I have been working hard as a one-man show to get you all done quickly.

As I complete them, or even parts, I have been emailing as fast as I can.

As for @emjayce please check your email. I have sent what I have for you at the moment, and not too much left to complete.

I am working on about 5 at a time, and I am going as fast as I can. And I know it is not fast enough for some, but I am getting lots out. As far as I am concerned this is a complete scam.

I paid for 2 months of back links back in august 11, 2009 and september 11, 2009 and still NO PROOF of completed jobs.

Furthermore, a look up of my article links show that no work has been done at all.

I have tried contacting the seller multiple times over the past couple weeks but haven't heard anything. My refund requests have gone unanswered. The last time I heard from him was a month ago and that was an excuse as to why he was unable to deliver. Here we are again a month later and still more excuses.

Unfortunately I have only been able to issue a chargeback on my latest transaction because my August 11,2009 transaction was too old. So at the least I have lost $95. At most(if this chargeback fails) I will be out $190.

I highly regret buying from this seller and will never buy from him again.

1. You are entitled to your opinion, but have never been a scam, and never will be.
2. Yes, you have some outstanding accounts, but you have not also explained that during this time that you were banned for a bit, so communication was an issue, and that you also have a highly unusual request. Normally the packages are for "up to 5 url/keyword combinations", but your is 152 combinations. That is without a doubt for anyone, a lotta lotta work.
3. There is "no" backlink checker that is going to show you your backlinks, the proof is that they are there.
4. As for the response, if you have read my thread at all at any point, you would know that I had been away a lot to deal with my son losing his eyesite.
5. As for a refund, that is hard to do as well with all this work in progress, and yours is a lot of work.
6. As for excuses, well, you being banned is a big one, and I assume my son is a small one, but excuses nonetheless.
7. Your chargebacks are are being dealt with, and I will leave that at that in here, as that is a private matter.
8. As for regretting, sorry you feel tht way, but your sites and articles benefit nonetheless. I will miss your business, but we all have things that happen, and crosses to bear.

When I was first reading through all of the replies I was ready to order because everything seemed to be going smoothly and there were happy customers. However, this last page of replies seems to be a huge backlog of unfinished work and many unhappy customers.

When I ordered yesterday I received a paypal confirmation. The paypal confirmation had Crystal Edwards as the provider.

Ideally, I like to see the same name from the provider as well as the forum poster. Also, one thing that would be helpful is to receive a follow up email indicating what the next step would be i.e. how to submit the urls and keywords.

So far I have only received the paypal confirmation. I've sent and email to Crystal/Steve requesting further info, and I'm looking forward to providing further details as well as improving my backlinks.

Sending out some PM's as my time is available. You should have gone directly to a form to fill out, I will check that. Also, Crystal is my wife.

I am working on all the open accounts, and I know it is taking longer than I expected, but have most of them finished. Have had to redo a lot of accounts from scratch, as communication with half my team in the Philippines is a problem. So that is why I am taking a bit more time, redoing them myself. And as I am doing orders, my regular subscriptions keep adding in as well, but old ones first.

@Trent Brownrigg....Yeah, everything WAS smooth. Never had problems before, and I am working hard through them to get back to the way it was. Obviously, completing these old ones is the most important thing to get done, so if you can deal with a 10-14 TAT while I keep working, then that is what to expect at the most.
