It’s well understood by warrior members that backlinking is a critical part of improving your Search Engine Rankings. The challenge is finding quality sites that allow or dare I say encourage you to post links. Many of us waste hours each month looking for these valuable sites. We waste even more time creating backlinks that are often deleted by the site owner.

I know there are many free google cse tools and even some paid programs. But guess what. They are all junk compared to what I offer you. (Check my blog for the detailed reviews).

Every review I’ve ever done of a similar tool shows them to be about 50% nofollow and even scarier that many of the sites listed are owned by bloggers who are fed up with spammers. They simply report all comments to Akismet as spam! A few of these and your site is effectively banned from blog commenting!

I only include sites that currently accept quality comments. If a site is dofollow but only has a handful of comments I generally remove it. My goal is quality over quantity.

So what if someone actually created a quality tool that let you instantly search for dofollow sites?

This looks like a cool tool, so I got it.

All indexed sites are Page Rank 2 or higher (up to PR7!)

My first search was with the term 'ymca' as I'm working with a local ymca and would like to find some links. But the top returned results were a PR 0. Even going only to the main domain (cutting off the extension where the post was) it was still PR 0.

Some of the other pages further down returned were PR 0, but when I went to the main domain only it was PR 2 or above.

So could you explain your statement above?

Other than this issue I like your tool!

I checked your search for 'ymca' and you are correct. It appears that google has dropped the site PR to NA. I had originally identified it as a PR of 3. I believe the last google update was about 2 months ago and I did a complete review of the sites to filter out sites that dropped in PR. I clearly missed this one. I usually find that the PR on the google toolbar to be the last thing to update when loading a site. Clearly I must have moved on before it completely updated. I expect findings like this to be the exception and not the rule. My goal is to always return > 90% accuracy.

As to answer your second question about "All indexed sites are Page Rank 2 or higher (up to PR7!) "

The search engine index sites that have a home page PR of 2 or higher. The inner pages may or may not have PR. I think many of Angela's threads have discussed this topic and her results have shown that home page PR is more important than the individual inner page.

Also just to add a little more detail here's the distribution of PRs.
PR2 = 20.3%
PR3 = 35.5%
PR4 = 25.4%
PR5 = 12.3%
PR6 = 5.1%
PR7 = 1.5%

Meaning that there are 1000 or less owners of the blogs monitoring them and so if people start posting comments (and im sure if this sells well) then they will soon be turning their whole blogs to nofollow or just stopping comments all together or links or whatever.

That being said even if this doesn't happen then why did you choose not to make a tool that simply just pulls up a list of blogs all related to the keyphrase you type in?

Just wondering really and not trying to harm your sales at all but these do worry me even before i purchase.

Answer: I think it can support a lot of users. It's not only over a 1,000 blogs but its commenting on over 180,000 pages. I've also tracked most of these sites for several months and most seem to be pretty committed to the dofollow movement. In general it's safe to assume 10% of site may turn to nofollow but I scrub the tool so I weed them out.

I also actively add new blogs each month so I can replace sites that I remove.

That being said even if this doesn't happen then why did you choose not to make a tool that simply just pulls up a list of blogs all related to the keyphrase you type in?

Answer: That would have been another solution and probably much simplier but not as effective. A list would have had each site just categorized by a topic or two. A search engine lets me search all the pages to give you more specific results for your niche.
