| That's right kids.... you to can spend peanuts on setting up your own black mail empire. It's easy - just yesterday I soaked a local businessman for $750 dollars and he is begging to give me more money! O.K. I'm kidding. There is nothing illegal going on here. In fact he would have paid me more if I'd asked it. Every single month I make a good amount of money selling to small business. It doesn't take a technical wiz to figure out either - in fact if you are reading this blog post you can do it. I spend a few minutes each month setting up this little system, and it constantly brings in small amounts even if I never contact a single business. If I take the time to send out a few e-mails it turns into thousands of dollars. I've made a little report for you that will walk you through the whole process - and I promise it's pretty easy. You will need hosting, a few domain names, and the ability to write an e-mail. The rest of it I walk you through. I'm even throwing in a free membership to blogsfortraffic.com so you don't have any technical difficulties (yep - wordpress is as hard as it gets). If you've ever struggled with setting up a wordpress blog, there is no need for it anymore. It's not a scam, you aren't cheating anyone, and there is room for thousands of people to be doing the same thing. For those of you with technical savvy there is even more money to be made. For those of you who aren't as savvy you can always outsource to those who are. I've considered giving this away for free - but you know you will barely take the time to read it if you don't pay for it. I won't charge you huge amounts of money for it -- and I'll even let you give it away or sell it to others after you order. It's a pdf file - so make sure you save it. Paypal will redirect you directly to the pdf. Just save it to your p.c. so you can refer to it later. Can you be more detailed as to what we will be doing (without revealing) with this tactic? Is this domains, landing pages, SEO? Thanks |

Well it does require that you get a large acreage of land and a few elephants. Then you spray paint ads on the elephants. (kidding) No secret really - it's just how I build sites for local businesses (all over the country), monetize them so I make money if I don't sell them, how I keep new content constantly going to the sites, and how I sell them. It's got a few e-mail templates as well. (The best part is that IF you go the "sell" route your instantly an "expert" - able to hold your own against the companies that have been trying to sell the customer 5k websites and seo packages.) It's pretty easy stuff - anyone can do it that can handle creating a domain, getting hosting, and setting up a blog. |

Ed, Does this have anything to do with buying a domain name that is the same as the business and then selling the domain/site to the business owner? i.e. Selling joesrestaurant.com to Joe's Restaurant? Mark |

Nope. Although it's a great upsell. You could certainly do "joesrestaurant" but I'd be worried about legal battles. Bluntly guys, this is just a method of building websites that earn money on their own, and establishing yourself as an expert when your ready to sell them. If you do things right - it's an easy sale. Plenty of ways to monetize the sites prior to selling them -- and when you do sell them being able to have instant credibility with the folks you contact. I'm not trying to be secretive or hide some website you can find easily on your own (although I show you a few nifty ones that are really helpful and make your life easier). I don't 'sell' silly little guides telling you to do illegal stuff or how to use xyz. There are similar guides all over black hat digest. Heck, I've seen other folks selling my posts here I'm just trying something new - and hence a "guide" instead of a blog post. This particular guide is just that - a guide. I don't ramble, get straight to the point, and tell you exactly how I do things. Some of you won't have the same skill sets as I do - so I break it down into easy ways to do it and give you access to blogsfortraffic so you can learn what you need to know if you don't. Here is the beginning of the first part of the guide - should tell anyone with any questions enough info go go from there: I just got done blackmailing a local business and I'm not even concerned about the cops showing up. I literally soaked $750 dollars from him, and he is begging to give me more money to shut me up. If the cops show up, well that's probably because I was laughing so hard the neighbors called. It's not mentioned in the guide - because some time has passed (just a few weeks) since I wrote it. But that particular client is REALLY happy. He's bought 4 other domains from me, we've developed them to drive traffic to his main store website, and he is making a lot of sales that are coming from the internet (a lot for him is half a dozen). I've never met him in person and I never spoke with him until he had paid for the first domain. I did talk to him a little after that because I wanted to make sure his business would benefit from additional sites. I'm 'really' not trying to rob him - he deserves quality service from me and that means that I only sell him what benefits him. The extra "TLC" (which was really just me qualifying him to make sure he would spend more money) really goes a long way. He's referred a couple of clients to me this week alone. I'm going to busy in his area for a long time with very little work. |

How long do you suppose it might take before you start raking in a substantial profit? I imagine it would take a little while (which isn't bad), but I'm just wondering what you'd say.

I've turned things around in a week - obviously not much "pre-sale" profit that way. It's usually better to wait a few weeks before you contact anyone. I've been doing this a long time though and have some systems in place. I would say for a total newbie it's going to take a month from start to flip. Depends on what you have in place already -- if you have nothing it's going to take you a few days to set up your link hubs, your presence, etc.. It's all pretty easy though - the hardest thing you'll have to do is set up a blog. |

I can't build a website or drive traffic yet but I can register a domain and write emails. Is that enough to make this work? Oh yeah, I also have a thing about selling to people face to face, another hurdle, am I still in the game? Maybe these are the reasons I have still not made any money online. Ya think? |

You don't even really need to know FTP in most cases since you can import plugins and themes into wordpress -- they've made it pretty dummy proof ![]() I don't like face to face meetings either. I do them occasionally - but for the most part it's e-mail and phone. If I want to unload a site faster I'll pick up the phone - if I'm not in a hurry I'll send e-mails. It's certainly something you can tailor to your own tastes. I do cover a few ways to make more money off the clients once you've got them. Your skill set might hold you back a bit if they are demanding - but you can always outsource the technical stuff. I do a lot of times just because there is only so much time in the day. It's also possible to never actually "sell" anything. You can keep the sites for affiliate income and sell links on them. Might want to read up here: Changing Affiliate World – Part 5 | Black Hat SEO Digest I go into more detail about flipping sites in this little report and it's a different concept - but this isn't rocket science and might fit your tastes a little more. | |

My concern and the reason I have not tried any site flipping is the technical side. I am not concerned about actual building a blog or website but about transferring it to the clients hosting. Do you cover this in your guide or perhaps your proposal is to include hosting in the package which of course makes things simpler. |

Tom - I usually include the hosting in the sale. It's a great way to increase the value of each 'sale'. Transferring is really easy if you don't want to go that route. Most cpanel based hosts you just fill in a form to transfer from one to the other. It's leaving money on the table though. |

Are these standard WP sites or are there different themes that make it look like a small biz site? My problem with WP is that the blogs all look the same at times. Do you go into changing the look so that it fits a particular biz? Thanks, -Bob |

Bob, I don't go into that in this report -- or anywhere really now that I think of it. There are so many themes out there that you can make a blog look like anything.

Sounds a good adjunct to what I am already doing with domains. I just bought and was referred back to e-junkie and there the problem arises. It does not go to a download page because it is not getting any confirmations from PayPal. Please send me a download link. If this persists - just dump e-junkie! |

Tony, I sent you an e-mail when I saw your payment go through. It's something to do with my IPN settings I think. I'm having problems with all my paypal systems So this isn't just e-junkie apparently.Just wrote paypal support and hopefully someone will eventually figure out what's wrong. I don't really use e-junkie much. Just for little things like this to make it easier (usually) on everyone. |

Just bought. I see it's a no brainer, and especially at this price. Anything you could arm yourself with when targeting local businesses is like expanding your own goldmine. You never know, a little tip could translate to the addition of hundreds of dollars per client to your bottom line! A great addition to my vault of offline knowledge base. Thank you. |

Be very carefull with this guy, I have been trying to contact him with an issue for over a month...he does not reply to emails, posts on his own forum, or private messages here. I am trying to contact him because in my opinion he is not doing what I paid him to do. Of course this might get his attention. Martin |
