Hi Justin, I have a couple of questions for you: 1- The plug-ins that you mentioned, are they free? 2- Generally spkeaking, you install a word press blog, upload the plug-ins, activate them, enter your keywords and then leave the blog alone? 3- What type of content will the blog build by itself? Is it articles, videos, RSS feeds, any other type of content? 4- Is this content built over a period of time? Those are the questions that I can think of for the moment. Thanks Khal |

Sounds very tempting. I would be interested in the answers to Khal's questions.

Justin, Sounds interesting, but I have a question that kind of plays of khal's question. What is the amount of money we will be spending in excess to $97 to get this up and running, excluding domain + hosting? Taking into account of things like plugins, themes, etc. |

| 1- The plug-ins that you mentioned, are they free? Expect to invest about another hundred dollars in tools to make this system work. Domain, Hosting, Commercial Plugin's, Premium Theme (optional). You should make at least $297 with your first sale so there will be about $80 - $100 profit on your first and then every other time you do it you'll have 100% profit. 2- Generally speaking, you install a word press blog, upload the plug-ins, activate them, enter your keywords and then leave the blog alone? Technically you could do that but it's best if you spend 30 - 45 minutes per week to keep things flowing nicely. 3- What type of content will the blog build by itself? Is it articles, videos, RSS feeds, any other type of content? It pulls from article sites, video sites, and Answer sites however their is a new plugin that I just learned of that will do the same but also pull in amazon reviews and affiliate links too! This is some seriously cool stuff and I have a full timer doing it for me day in and day out now. 4- Is this content built over a period of time? Yes, the content grows itself just like if you would have pre-programmed a bunch of articles yourself. Instead it goes out and does that for you. Writes itself, submits it self to RSS directories, which gets it indexed, which gets it ranked, which brings in traffic, which then clicks on affiliate links, which leads to sales... all by itself! The video you're buying is cold hard proof that it does all this and website buyers LOVE automated stuff like this. Hope that solves your concerns, if not I'll be up early tomorrow to answer any more questions that come up. |

Hi Justin I see from the title of the WSO that it says that Patrick made over $600 in 48 hours. Now is that 48 hours from when the auction was opened or 48 hours after he made the blogs? Did these blogs have traffic and revenue when they were sold? Cheers Neil |

Hi Justin, This looks like a great method for flipping automated blogs. I have a few questions about your method I hope you can answer: 1) From your above answers, it seems like our expense in plugins and themes is a 1-time cost of about $100, and thereafter our only expense would be for new domains (assuming that we already have hosting)? 2) Is your student Patrick able to sell one blog every single day? Is it realistic to be able to sell 5-7 blogs per week using your method consistently, or is this more of a "one-off" method to flip blogs when we need to generate some quick cash that is harder to do consistently for daily income? 3) What are the listing fees? It looks like the site was listed on flippa, so I assume the standard flippa fees would apply? I'm not altogether familiar with the revised fee structure (I've heard they're higher than what sitepoint used to charge), how much would the total listing fees be for a successful listing in the $297 to $397 range? How about for an unsuccessful listing that doesn't sell? 4) What is the average success rate of listings for blogs if we follow your blog creation process to the "T"? Out of 10 blogs listed, how many will realistically sell? 5) I think you have mentioned that we do not need to show any proof of traffic or revenue in order to sell these blogs - please confirm if I'm correct with this assumption? 6) How long do we need to hold on to these blogs before we can sell them? What specific characteristics of the blog are crucial (if traffic and revenue are not needed) for us to show off to the prospective buyers in order to ensure a quick sale? 7) Do you know if Patrick was able to ultimately sell every single blog that he created using your method? Is it realistic to expect to do so? Thanks, Paul |

as Patrick only contacted me each time he sold one of his sites... not when he built them. What I do know is that the $600, almost $700 came in within a 48 hour period. And no these blogs had zero traffic or revenue. Quote:

Hello all I just finished viewing Justin's video and listening to the audio interview. Here is my review. 1- I will break the video part into 2 sections: a) The audio is very good quality, the only thing is that Justin keeps clearing his throat every now and again, forgetting that many people will be listening through their headphones. That was somewhat annoying. b) The video is of low quality. I would have expected a much better video quality for the price. 2- The audio interview (How To Flip Blogs For $297 - $997) cuts off at 22 minutes and 30 seconds. I'm sure there is more than this, it is just not there. As it stands, I did not get any useful information even after 22 minutes. 3- For the price of $97, I would have liked the option of downloading the video and watching it on my own computer. 4- On the whole, I think it is way over priced. Sorry Justin, but you could have done a much better job. Khal |

You're 100% right Khal, I didn't hire a professional to come in and make the video perfect. It's not a "product" I was creating... I just sat down, turned on my screen cam, and showed people the real way I make money online. It's the raw truth including the and's and um's. As for the audio cutting out we haven't had this complaint yet and it will be tested and if anything is wrong it'll be fixed by the morning. A simple email would have fixed this problem and sometimes it's as simple as the computer needing to be restarted or the page being refreshed. Every once in awhile we get a complaint for our raw style and those few are given a refund no questions asked. The others love our no frills, just the real deal style and they go on to make a lot more then the price of a refund. I'm sorry it wasn't for you please email us with any requests that you have to make your experience better or for a full refund. We welcome all refund requests however I urge all of you to look beyond the "cosmetics" of audio quality and TAKE ACTION on what's being taught... These videos are not meant to be something you just watch. They are a tutorial that if followed will make you far more money then the price it cost you to watch them. Patrick's just getting started and he's made over 7x the price you're paying... Patrick paid even more! If there are any other concerns please feel free to email us at sitefling@gmail.com or call us 800-758-2651 during normal business hours. Your success is our obsession so please contact us for anything you need. |

Just re-uploaded the audio interview... somehow it did get chopped in half when we first uploaded it. I just tested it on 3 of our computers and all 40 minutes are there now. |

Just added a link to be able to download the video and I also added our "Copywriting for Website Flippers" lesson to make sure you all will know how to write listings that make website buyers want to buy your sites over anyone elses. Please email any future requests... We're here to help and make sure everyone is happy. |
