Not sure what virus scanner you are using...but it isn't reporting correctly.
I can say with certainty there is no virus in his downloads....

Hi Kurt,

Just downloaded the Tuelz Basic + All the FREE Lite Versions.
On quick inspection the software seems to work fine on my pc

The video clips are another thing.
Windows media player will not play the .mod files
I tried changing the file name to .mpg, no luck.
I tried several other players.......nothing

How do you play those video clips?

Hi Dave,

The .mod files aren't videos, they are "plug ins" for Tuelz. I named the .mod (modules) years ago, before Vista, and for some reason Vista now thinks they are videos.

You can't open them individually by clicking on them. You must click on tuelz.exe, wait for your browser to open, then access them from your browser by clicking the links for each Tuel.

Also, they must be named .mod, so if you changed that, you'll likely get an error.

I have to start out by giving a huge apology to Kurt.

I downloaded the files from his webpage into my usual download directory
and I always virus / spyware check every file before moving it to
my temp. storage file. This way my download directory is always clean.

The weird thing is that when I selected the zip/rar file for checking
it was the only file visible to me. I ran the antivirus ... saw 2 trojan
files found and deleted the files.

I immediately went to the warrior forum and placed the warning. After
reading the feedback I went to look at the log files and found that the 2
files were not in the zip/rar file but actually in the download directory.

Why I say this is weird is because I don`t have history of downloading the
files and as I mentioned .... the files were hidden.

Now how the hell this happened is extremely concerning to me?

Any feedback will be appreciated.
