Hi Delta,

Everything on the landing page templates is controlled through its own custom stylesheet. If you are familiar with stylesheets, you shouldn't have any problems making customizations like you are talking about.

My two WSO's are very similar, but are actually completely different products. The newest set consists of a dozen WP landing page templates that can be integrated with any WP theme. I could do something very similar using the templates. It would require a little advanced knowledge of using Tables inside WP for a user, but it shouldn't require any template coding or manipulation.

It wouldn't be an exact duplicate of course, but very similar. I'll play around with it in the next few days and see if I can put an example up.

Hey Guys,

The Flexx theme issue is still unresolved. The Flexx theme has an additional CSS call somewhere in its code. I'm sure it can be resolved, but will be a case-by-case fix.

If you only intend to use these templates with that theme, I recommend not getting it. However, if you want to use other themes, including premium themes, it should work with most any other theme.

The only other theme that I have run into a problem with is WP-Remix 2.0. This is because of it's built-in template editor.

Other than that, there are no reported problems. These templates have been used on 100's of themes so far with no other issues at all.

Hi Roley,

You could certainly do just what you said. That would work too.

The difference with my templates is that it gives users a way to quickly and easily use the power of Wordpress' built-in text editor, plugins, etc.

Hi Peter,

For your first question, unfortunately I do not own the Thesis theme so I cannot say for sure if the templates will integrate with the theme itself or the openhook plugin. So far, the templates work with most themes with no problems.

On your question about comments, the WP sales page templates do not have comments built in. It could be done with some customization on your part, but might require some advanced technical knowledge.

My other product, WP Sales Letter Theme, does have full WP sales letter themes in which you can create sales pages as posts and those do have built-in commenting features. Unfortunately, it won't integrate into your existing theme when used that way.

I personally have not used WP-Wishlist along with my templates for Wordpress. In theory, you should be able to do exactly what you are saying with my templates, but since I have not tested compatibility I would not want to say for sure.

I have not had anyone report to me that it does not work.

The opt-in boxes are straight from the autoresponder company (aweber, getresponse, etc.) pasted into the Wordpress page editor.

The order buttons are not included with the bundle (but I do show you where you can make one just like mine for free in the user guide).

At first I was disappointed since the templates don't work with my favorite theme - at least not out of the box.

I use the Atahualpa theme 'cause it's so customizable I can make a site look & feel just the way I want to - just using Atahualpa's Option pages.

Unfortunately, the theme takes all of your option selections and creates an embedded style sheet for them. I'm sure you CSS heavies know that those embedded styles override the styles from Jason's templates. It wasn't a disaster, but certain things (like the H1 tags) were coming from my theme and not the template.

Boo... hooo!

However, after playing around with the template and reverting to "old style" on-page markup, I was able to create a really nice looking page VERY easily.

If you'd like to see how the template looks in a real world environment...
