Is it possible for the PL license holders to add their own actiosn to the tool BEFORE they give it away or sell it to their list or is it only possible to use the pre-built actions and users of the tool will be able to create their own actions?

Next I would like to know if you also provide the salesletter and promotional stuff as well to PL customers.

What are exactly the rights for the PL license. Are PL license holders allowed to sell RR/MRR etc of their branded version as well?

What's the programming language of the tool and do you provide the source code as well or only brand the original with the details PL license holders will send to you?

I know many questions at once but I belive that's all I need to know to decide if I will
buy your PL version or not.

1. Customization of the default action list is included with this offer. You tell me what you want in there, and I put it in there!

2. As for promo materials, while I don't provide a site, you are free to use anything on the Action Machine site (copy, headlines, download page content, etc.) with the exception of testimonials.

3. You can do whatever you want with your private label. This is not a license - you own the software, just as if you had it developed yourself.

4. You get the branded application (.exe) that is the product (which you sell to others), a branded users guide (in PDF and Word format) and the Action Unleashed ebook (in Word format). The app was developed in Flash - source code isn't included.

5. Yes, this is a desktop application (installed software). This offer if for the Windows version only.

6. I'll consider the Web idea.

As for your question, I'm not anticipating any further updates to the software - I waited until customers essentially told me it was perfect before offering private labels.

As for the training videos, you're free to use those, as they're posted on YouTube (can be embedded on any page), although they mention the Action Machine.

Included in this package is a fully illustrated, 23-page user's guide which explains the program very well.

BTW, you don't need to have graphics or branding together now - I give you a full 6 months to get all that to me.

When it comes to your custom actions, they're built-in. The user can edit them, but if somehow the software's data file gets deleted (by a sweeper utility), they will reset.

I am nearly finished in my decision to order this package but I have one more question.

I don't know exactly how mcuh the fees are for a payment of $597 but I bet it is $15+
For this reason I recommend that you offer warriors to use the mass payment option to
pay you for the PL package and lower the price a bit that both sides have an advantage of this payment solution.

The mass payment option costs the buyer $1 and results in no Paypal fees for the seller so maybe you want to offer this solution for i.e. $587 and you are still into more
profits than the usual payment way and the buyer saves $9 as well.

I know that the single payment option is still there.

I only suggested a trick to pay you that YOU and the BUYER can save by using
the mass payment option. Didn't I explain it easy enough? The only information
the buyer needs is your business or pro Paypal account ID and the price they
should pay you using the mass payment option.

As mentioned for mass payment the buyer has to pay additional $1 resulting in
NO paypal fees for the seller which is $15 to $18 on your end for such a high
price item at $597

Please let me know if you think about offering such a payment option too.

I guess the issue my brain was having was understanding what you meant by 'mass payment option' - I'm dumb and not familiar with that term.

I will say that with the current payment options, the buyer is automatically forwarded to a thank you/instructions page, which is the beginning of the private labeling process - the entire process is automated from payment to follow-up. I love simplicity!

I'm making the point that in the world we live in, it's common, due to sales, promos, etc. that some people will get the same product for a different price than others.

I imagine virtually every product you've ever bought has been picked up by someone else at a higher or lower price than you paid. Are you saying that's wrong?

I'm not sure how my marketing approach is any different than 99% of the other people/companies out there!?!

My integrity is fine, in tact, and I sleep just fine at night.

My offer is clear, straightforward, and I'm willing to attach my name to it.

I've been selling products for many years online, I've made these kinds of offers many times, and will continue to do so.
