Hi Mubarak, You are wise beyond your years. The method that you outline in your WSO should make it easier for those of us who are just starting out to be successful sooner. I especially liked the audios that you included. Thanks for the help! Cheers! Neal |

Congratulations for some early success in life... hope you continue to grow and blossom. Looking forward, Alan |

Mubarak, Good info. Well worth the price. You're a smart young man. But do you have any VISUAL material. You give an example of a website but don't show what you're talking about. I'm a visual person & seeing makes it easier for me to absorb what's being said. Thanks, Cynthia |

Hell, I am still trying to understand why in the world a small business, in a small town, would need or want an online presence, when they are only catering to the people in their town? I am sure I am missing something here, and what better place to ask this, than in this WSO, or another one like this, huh? Seems to me, that most midsize to large companies or business's would have a large advertising firm working for them, and the smaller sized business's don't really need a site online, unless they are an Ebay type seller, sending products worldwide. Any help here, to enlighten me some would be appreciated, Jeff |

I own a business that makes small wooden toys and sells them in my shop front. I only get customers that see my costly advertising. BUT what if I could take my services online and have people from all over the world purchasing them? Now, I agree that this is a perfect example, and in reality most business find it hard to justify. The point is that the internet, as we all know, is the business platform of the century. You see people offering products AND services on the internet. Here's the truth: NOT every company needs an autoresponder, or a blog, but every business SHOULD have an online presence. Need any more help? | |

I bartered for a copy of Mubarak's guide and this is an unsolicited review. I was not asked to give one by Mubarak this review was written through my own desire to provide you a useful review to make a purchasing decision. I don't give reviews often. As you can tell by the length, I give careful and considerate reviews when I do choose to give one. DON'T BUY THIS GUIDE! Mubarak's guide is an excellent resource for anyone thinking about doing offline services or to pick up if you already are doing offline services. The guide is really well written. It's easy to forget that Mubarak is 16 years old because of the knowledge he imparts throughout the guide. The meat of the guide revolves around how he sold to a client. He tells you exactly how he prospected for the client. What he did in preparation for the meeting with the client. What exactly he said and did during the meeting. Lastly, what he wound up charging the client for the services. He also even points out mistakes that he's made. You can use this information to your advantage and learn from his mistakes. On page 8, His 3 criteria may seem simple or like common sense but don't dismiss them. They are key factors to getting a quality offline prospect. Mubarak also gives a nice little tip for creating a sense of urgency within the client and using the common online marketing tactic of scarcity. Mubarak gives some good advice on not getting too carried away with what you have to offer with the client. He does a good job of reminding you to listen to what the client wants before you try to sell them anything. He goes into great detail within the guide how exactly he did this with the client. Those of you who may have read reviews from me before know I like to scrutinize bonuses. I really do. I feel that bonuses should be something that adds value to the product and enhances it. Not something that you just happened to have the PLR rights to or something that the author has just thrown together to be a bonus. However, Mubarak's call script bonus is absolutely fantastic. It's a good script right out of the box or something you can use as the basis of your own phone script template, by tweaking it to suit your needs. This really will help you out if you want to prospect by telephone. Here's my own twist and a gift to those of you thinking about buying Mubarak's guide: You can actually tweak his phone scripts and create good email messages, letters, or postcard material to send to potential clients. Mubarak didn't think of this when he created this guide. So, you'll have to be a little clever in re-purposing the phone scripts (which, you're a marketer, you are clever, right?) If you use the ideas and even the words he does as copy for the above mentioned prospecting pieces, you can do well with them. Hey, no product is perfect I don't care who it is from. It wouldn't be a proper review if it didn't include some cons. Cons: Mubarak something you said on Page 8, that you stated as fact, which is kind of iffy. Which, I understand why you said it. However, it's not so much the type of business as it is the business owner. Some business owners just won't listen to you no matter what, no matter what type of business they have. It can be frustrating when you know you can help a business owner but they don't want your services, just forget them and move on (but don't throw the baby out with the bath water and think all business owners of that type of business will be the same way.) Just keep that in mind. Mubarak, I don't mean to steal your thunder, but I feel it's important to be addressed. One of his unannounced bonuses is a price guide. While you're certainly free to use those prices Mubarak suggests. I really highly recommend you charge more. If you use Mubarak's guide properly and the prospect sees the value they are getting and the potential increased customers and revenue, then there's no reason to not charge accordingly for your services. (Mubarak, you're not the first one I've admonished for the prices they suggest people charge, so don't feel bad )He mentions limited services you can offer clients. Again, this is a good start as you don't want to over-complicate or overwhelm your client. However, realize that you can offer other services. There is a lot of information about that topic here at the forum. After you get a client or two, then you may want to look into additional things you can offer and then go back to them and upsell them. Conclusion: Mubarak may be only 16 (at the time he wrote the guide) however, that doesn't mean you shouldn't listen to him. His tips, techniques, and tactics are solid. His guide is well written and informative. If you're new to offline selling or even if you are currently doing offline selling I think you will find value in this guide. The bonuses are wonderful enhancements to this guide, and in my opinion, are worth just as much as the guide. Especially, if you re-purpose the phone script to be used for other types of direct marketing with potential clients as I suggested above. You can sit there and try to make as many excuses as you want why selling to offline clients won't work. You can try to justify why you can't do this to yourself all you want. If you want to continue to be able to justify to yourself that you can't do offline selling because: You don't know how to prospect, because you don't know how to prepare for the meeting, because you don't know what services to offer, because you don't know what to say or do during the presentation, well: DON'T BUY THIS GUIDE. Once you buy this guide you won't be able to sit around and justify to yourself why you can't do offline selling. If a 16 year old can go out there and kill it, then really, what excuses do you possibly have? Now you know why I said at the start of this review "DON'T BUY THIS GUIDE" If you just want to continue on doing nothing and making excuses, then you really shouldn't. If you want a plan of action and inspiration from a 16 year old to implement and make some money, well, in that case: DO BUY THIS GUIDE! Mubarak gets a 4.5/5 for the guide (I'm kind of like the Simon Cowell of WSO's I'm a little harsh on them, when I even bother to give a review. So, just bc he didn't get a 5/5 doesn't mean you wouldn't grade him a 5/5) |

Hey, Mubarak has produced a very good and comprehensive report. On getting started in IM consulting for brick and mortar businesses. If you are wondering whether to get it or not don't worry because it's well worth the money. He has done his best to cover everything including template scripts and what you must to take with you before you visit your prospects. Highly recommended! Steve |

Hi Mubarak, I am interested in your wso but can I just shoot you a question? Do you have a website that you use to promote your service to offline businesses? I am talking about a website like this: IBM Global Technology Services. I don't mean we need to have a website that looks exactly like IBM's.... in your opinion, do you think is it better to have a website like that so that we could let offline business owners to have a look what services we are offering? Do you discuss this in your wso? P.S. I have some basic skills for creating website. I just need to know what structure to use and what information to put on the site. THANKS! |

Hi! Actually, for this method it is NOT ESSENTIAL to have a website. It helps for sure. A simple wordpress blog with a theme that looks even half-professional is better than nothing. IBM's website is different because they are a long-standing company, and so their reputation speaks for itself. Try and have somehting in-ya-face yet still quite professional. And, yes, a basic HTML knowledge is more than enough, but I recommend wordpress. Thanks, Mubarak |
