I've just completed another membership site so I'm looking for more clients. This will be the last site I sell at this price! The last time I offered this it sold fast... I expect this time around this will sell even faster!

This would be in the IM niche... however if you already have a product or site in a particular niche we could work with that I'm sure! To run this site you wouldn't really need much experience at all to run it.

do we need to constant update that site once you hand it over to the buyer? if yes then from where we will be getting content/packages to be uploaded on the site to retain its members? new updated content will be a an important thing cause members will remain as paid members only when they get unique things on this site which they will not found anywhere else and it should be useful for them.

Hi there!

The site would need updating several times a month with new content. You can do these updates yourself, or could outsource them (I can recommend these). Other than that the only other requirement would be customer support which with these kinds of sites is very little.
