Obviously Fabian is having some issues with the link at the moment but I will tell anyone who is interested to subscribe to this thread so you can grab it the minute it's fixed.
I was lucky enough to test this for Fabian and I love this program. As soon as the link is fixed, I'm getting my license because I don't want to be without this (the demo expires shortly). I've purchased a similar software recently that does most of the same things as this one with one very big difference - Fabian's software actually pulls in all the PDFs and whatever file you tell it to! Then you can add in all the details as to rights, author, whatever you want. The other software needs each item to be input manually. When I ran Fabian's program, it pulled in over 2500 pdf and zip files in under 29 seconds!! This is going to save me countless hours of manually inputting each product. If you download as much as I do - get this now! Seriously. Tina |

I imagine "campaign" will be useful for designing sales/bonus packages.
Is it possible to have DLRoundup save off copies of "campaign items" into a selected folder? |

Hi LeeSr,
You are correct about it being useful for designing sales/bonus packages. Currently, DLRoundup makes "pointers" to campaign items. So, you could have one item be a part of, say, 3 campaigns. DLRoundup only "needs" one item, but it points to it 3 times, once for each of the 3 campaigns. And, the item could be a bonus product in this campaign, and a main product in another campaign. If you specifically want multiple copies of an item (i.e. one for each of multiple campaigns), you could copy it to multiple folders (using Windows Explorer, for instance). Then, DLRoundup would see it multiple times and generate multiple library items for it, one for each copy. I hope I answered your question. Let me know if you have any other questions. Fabian |

Fabian,
Thanks for the above reply. Let me try again on my question. (Maybe I should call it a feature request, since I saw on the sales page that an update is coming.) It'd be nice if I could set up a campaign which includes 3 products from my inventory, and designate a output folder, say "OFFER-1" CAMPAIN#1 inventory-product#1 inventory-product#4 inventory-product#7 It'd be real nice if DLRoundup could save or move a copy of each product into the folder "OFFER-1" Then OFFER-1 folder contains: inventory-product#1 inventory-product#4 inventory-product#7 and all I'd have to do is ftp OFFER-1 folder to my host. (or tweak the products there first, and not bother the originals) |

Hi LeeSr,
Yes, it would be possible with some modifications to the program on my part. ![]() Fabian Quote:

I wish I had more time to review this product. A fair review would take pages to praise all the terrific features of this program.
All I can say is that it's stunningly comprehenesive AND stunningly easy-to-use. I feel like a new man. :-) |
