My name is Brad Gosse and I meditate.

One day each week I have a yoga instructor (Natasha) at the office to do yoga for us. After yoga she does this fantastic meditation that allows you to completely unwind and take your mind off the world. Since doing yoga and meditation at the office, productivity has increased.

I was lucky enough to get a review copy.

I think Brad was a bit nervous to send me one because I am somewhat known as a "cynical jerk". I hate sales pages, I scoff at outrageous claims and am not really open minded to stuff like this (although I have been working on that).

That said I liked this a lot. The voice was very comforting and the music really relaxed me. I listened to it when I woke up this morning - which may seem counter intuitive but it made me feel even more refreshed this morning - and I had one of my best trips to the gym in ages.

I catch myself sleeping but I wake up at the end refreshed. Thinking of integrating it into my daily routine.

Falling asleep during meditation is fine. Sleep allows the mind to rest so that integration of mind, body and Soul can occur. Feeling refreshed is a natural expression of that integration. Meditation often provides a much deeper level of rest than sleep....

after purchasing one of your other quality wsos, i got this one because i expected it to be high quality and i was not disappointed.

i am familiar with this kind of meditation - relaxation session as a guided meditation at the end of yoga session. however it works very nicely as a stand alone product here, and the yogini's voice is quite attractive and soothing.

i have in fact given a somewhat similar guided meditation myself at the end of yoga classes, so i can say from personal experience that this recording is very professionally delivered and features top notch content (from a yoga and meditation perspective).

anyone looking for guided meditation or guided relaxation should be very happy with this audio product. the sound is excellent and whether you are new to this kind of thing or very familiar with it, as i am, you are in for a real treat.

speaking as an imer, the clincher was the fact that i can use it as a bonus etc. but it is good enough to be a stand alone product, definitely.

I just ordered and am in the process of downloading now. I was wondering if you have thought of offering additional meditation products for specific subjects/niches such as:

Meditation for weight loss
Meditation for entrepreneurs
Meditation for college students
Meditation for new parents....etc.

Seems like their would be a huge market for these niche specific groups. So, what to you think?

After further thought, the topics I mentioned in my last post may be more suitable for guided affirmations instead of meditation. Nevertheless, this may be worth consideration for future products. Your voice model in the meditation MP3 would be great!

How about versions in shorter time frames such as:

15 mins (the quickie)

30 mins

Would make it easier to catch a short meditation session without taking a whole hour.
