I like how your ebook flows from topic to topic. There's not wasted words or fluff (filler) to the writing. The book offers some techniques that really work to help with realization, visualization and focus. And focus is what we all need to be successful.

There is a lot of information and workable ideas in this ebook. I really liked your method for teaching yourself to focus. You point out some very real problems, like the more people "self talk" the more they can sabotage themselves.

And also, if you don't take action on negative/destructive thoughts and discover their roots, you'll never be able to reach your potential.
