Well depending on the keyword rich domain you purchase, and then get it on the first page of Google you will start generating lots of traffic..

My sites get 300-500 unique visitors a day - I have several; websites set up with keyword rich domain names, thanks to the domain name I am on the first page of Google for a popular keyword...and I also tested this method out and used the RENTASITE model - it had excellent results.

It takes me about a day or two to rank my keyword rich domain on the first page of Google.
I give you instructions on how to get it ranked fast, yes.

The URL of the site is sort of a secret niche, if I did give it away the competition would be too high

Yes I go through the domains to ensure you get traffic. I give you the exact tools I use.

Websites are mainly monetized with the use of CPA mainly but you can
still use Adsense (Although, I think Adsense is dead). You can also
