A few people have PM'd me asking for clarification the rights. Here's a breakdown:

With MRR, you can alter the salespage any way you want. Just not the PowerEffects software or user manual itself. You can put your name on the sales page, because you're a reseller. You just can't put your name as the author on the software. You need PLR rights for that.

With MRR, you can sell it at any price. You just can't give it away. It can also be included as a bonus or a bundle, provided the product it's bundled with is a paid product, not a free one.

With MRR, you can decide whether or not you want to sell the personal edition, resale rights, or MRR. Your choice.

PLR lets you alter the software, put your name as the author, change anything you want. The only restrictions with PLR is you cannot claim yourself as the copyright holder, and you cannot pass along PLR.

Very good product John. The integration and installation was seamless and easy. I do have to say that using this will enhance a headline and should keep the reader reading your headline longer.

You get the same rights you purchased in version 1, which if I recall correctly, was MRR. No, you don't have to buy again. You get it for free.

If you signed up for the MRR list, you should have gotten it, but I'll PM you with the download link, just to be sure.
