Just to clarify a few things I got through PM:

I will teach you how to hire anyone you want. Programmers, content writers, assistants, etc. It does not matter who what position you want to fill. The process of hiring and managing or even training is really similar, the content might change (for the training especially. You don't teach the writers the same stuff as programmers, for instance), but the process is the same.

Once you know the process, you can easily hire anyone you need at any time.

We get at least one new audio file each day and some days more (except Sundays).
Sebastian is very fast in answring questions as well.
I sent him an email with a question and next time i looked at the download area there was an audio file with my answers.
If you are thinking of outsourcing definately worth the low one off cost

At first I was not inclined in buying this WSO. I bought so many outsourcing products not telling me where to outsource except to the ones that we all know. I wanted more real places to go to. I also wanted a kind of step by step way of doing it.

Sebastian is doing all this and even more. You can even email him and ask any question you want.

He's not holding back anything. Well at least I haven't seen him doing it. He always answer your questions without trying to hide anything.

If you were to buy an outsourcing product this is the one or don't buy any at all.

Here's my question I have hired some VAs and really the biggest issue is many of them are willing but have no CLUE what to do and I find myself spending hours trying to train them. What is your system doing is it videos done to teach them things you need done? If not might consider it. So far the 150.00 I found is for a weekly cost which is still low but any lower than that 300 a month I found 1 but not to knowledgeable and does back linking but I could buy that here for 10.00 and get same results

The reason day 8 or 7 (I don't remember) is so big (there is 15 different audios there I think) is that I wanted to include everything I had to say in day 8 and then spend the rest of the time just answering questions. I thought that's best for you guys, because you won't have to wait for 30 days to get all the content. You get everything after that big day and we can spend the rest of the time just working together on specific things.

I answer every question and post it to the site.
