I've only been using this product for less than 2 weeks.

Since then, I've set up 4 test sites on subdomains just to get used to the functionality - all set up in one day, crap templates I just grabbed from where ever, no unique content, and one site that I've spent well over a week on putting in loads of unique content that I just sent live yesterday. I'm going to spend another week on backlinks and linkwheels before I move on to the next project. I haven't made a sale yet, but I haven't been driving traffic yet either.

I've fixed the images issues and replaced the tax site with a better example of customizations for the FlexSqueeze theme, Flip Video Camera reviews.

I create and customize all my blogs and sites.

You will need to have the software installed or no posts will render the Amazon content.

It uses Wordpress shortcodes to render the content and updates the content dynamically out of the box, unless you want to use product caching.

Hey Dan,

Some of the new features coming are:

- Geo targeting Amazon ads by country
- Integration with the free rating plug-in wp-review (check out videoultrareviews.com for a sample)
- Image viewer for all product photos ( check out transformers.deals-for-less.com for an example)
- a number of very cool web 2.0 widgets to use on your pages

That is just a few things I am working on in the next release.

In terms of monetizing your sites, I have been using the eBay integration with phpbay or phpbaylite as well as the integration with phpostock for overstock.com product listings.

Make sure you add unique content as well and you will see success. As other customers have found adding additional unique content is key.

1. use themes from elegantthemes dot com without too much editing?
2. will you be adding other networks in future, ie: shareasale,cj, or other datafeeds?? ie can this be mixed with datafeedfile. com as well?
3. Updates for life of the 'product' ....do you plan on keeping this product
into the future, are upgrades version 1,2,?? want this clear as purchased a product and months later an updated version with different name came out and was the same but a few extra..'modules'..hmmm
4. lastly, i have Artisteer 2; will the basic created templates work as with the plugin?

Hey Robbie,

ReviewAZON should work with any Wordpress theme. You may have to tweak a style or two, but overall it will work.

I've tossed around the idea of creating a few other plug-ins for those networks, but they would be independent of ReviewAZON. They would integrate seamlessly but be separate plug-ins.

Yes, versions of the product will increment as released and will stay the ReviewAZON brand. Any updates from Amazon and any enhancements are yours free.

If Artisteer 2 creates normal Wordpress themes, then yes ReviewAZON will work just fine with that tool.

Also on the toy review demo I noticed there is a buy button for either ebay or amazon... is this also included in the plugin?

Hey Dany,

The YouTube video functionality allows you to search for and add YouTube videos right from the new/edit post and page screens.

Then, in the main template that displays the product information, you can add a token (there by default) that will pull in the YouTube videos and they are shown on your main product page.

The eBay and Amazon buttons were something custom that I added in the demo sites and they do not ship with the product, however, you are more than welcome to use them.

There have been lots of customers who wanted to implement this functionality.

In the support forum, there is a post that shows you how to add them to your main template with minimal effort.

Of course if you have any issues, I'd be happy to help you get that functionality working.

The geo targeting aspect is going to be directly related to other forms of product display other than the product posts.

The reason why is that not every single product ASIN is used in other Amazon affiliate programs specific countries. It would be confusing to click on a link for one product and be taken to another that is totally different.

I am currently working on it with no definitive ETA on release, but the new features are significant and therefore I will be raising the the price of the plugin when it launches.

I will be asking current members to help beta test just as I have done in the past so feedback from the community is vital to the success in my opinion.

Yes, posts that are created with ReviewAZON are auto tagged by using the post title. This is a feature that can also be disabled it necessary, but on by default.
