Payment – Getting Started

Ok, Paul I am ready to hire you to create my own, high end, custom video product, what are the next steps?

First thing is I am going to only accept 50% of the project fee up front, and the other 50% upon completion. I feel that this is a fair arrangement because I am doing the work, and you are paying me to do the work. When I am done with the series I will release all of the files to you and send a Paypal invoice for the remaining balance of $98.50!

I trust that you will pay me, and the terms are that I own rights to the videos until full payment is made. If you do not pay the difference for a period of 5 days after receiving the finished file, then I will own the rights to the videos. I feel this is fair enough because if I don’t deliver the videos in the specified time frame you can request a Paypal refund request.

I don’t anticipate any problems, but always like to be up front on these kinds of things. I know it is a risk when you pay someone to do a service, and so I want to let you know that I want you to be happy with your video product.

Another way to keep you safe is by me running this offer publicly here and also through Paypal because you just issue a dispute and we can resolve the issue there.
