Payment – Getting Started

Ok, Paul I am ready to hire you to create my own, high end, custom video product, what are the next steps?

First thing is I am going to only accept 50% of the project fee up front, and the other 50% upon completion. I feel that this is a fair arrangement because I am doing the work, and you are paying me to do the work. When I am done with the series I will release all of the files to you and send a Paypal invoice for the remaining balance of $98.50!

I trust that you will pay me, and the terms are that I own rights to the videos until full payment is made. If you do not pay the difference for a period of 5 days after receiving the finished file, then I will own the rights to the videos. I feel this is fair enough because if I don’t deliver the videos in the specified time frame you can request a Paypal refund request.
