Not really sure why no one is commenting on this report. Mike let me have sneak peek at it and I thought it was great and at this price (FREE) it's a no brainer. I liked it so much I took several suggestions from the report and am putting them into action this week!

UPDATE: There was a problem with the upper opt-in box which I believe has now been corrected for some email addresses. The bottom opt-in box works perfectly.
