I'm happy to see so many of you have gotten your orders, unfortunately I placed an order for one site to test out the product and have yet to receive it.

I sent an email but got no reply. I finally decided to forget this deal since the customer service seems to be non existent.

If any of you have direct contact with this member ask if it would be too much trouble to send a refund. All it takes is to login to PayPal and issue a refund.

Apologies if this has had any impact on your business. But you failed to include vital details - I would again stress this the sites you are talking about is nowhere related to the service being offered here...

2. The issue you raise about taking orders even when busy is false.. as I've not bumped this thread for over a month or more because just to service my existing clients..and you were one among them.. you ordered the sites through email.. I

3. The service you requested involved usage of a a theme which needed some minor tweaks which beforehand i told you i'm not able to complete - then which you agreed that you will take care of that part but failed to do - the most CRUCIAL FACTOR FOR THE DELAY. I even offered to do the sites in custom HTML design for you..

4. Finally i refunded the payment AND offered you to have the content written and the domain names so that you can built it on your own..for which you never replied..

If you would have included all these details .. then i think i'd be right on your side to post on this thread or it would have been better handled though email..

I have so many clients which more than 50% are repeat clients who keep ordering more from me for THIS service.. so I encourage posting about this service alone in this thread..

Let me give my fair statement here. First of all you should not offer your services when you can not keep your promise. Just for the sake of more money from other projects you can’t ignore the ones you have taken advance before. No matter how small the project is, you should not ignore them due to your big projects. I was quite impressed with your service and that is why discussed with you on micro niche websites 3 weeks back. Gave you $100 advance for that. If you can recall our discussion you mentioned these should be ready in 48 hours and later informed me that sorry for the delay as content has not arrived. After that, 2 weeks back you left a message that my sites will be up in few hours. Now after 2 weeks today I got refund in my paypal. Yes, I got the refund of my advance. But I feel it’s highly UN-PROFESSIONAL at your side. After wasting 3 weeks of my time you are refunding the money due to some other better projects. I have spent my time on communications, chasing you and my money to get articles to promote these sites, gave advance to other warriors to book their services to promote these sites.

Now that is customer service! I made a mistake with the email used to contact the seller that is why I did not get a response. There are two emails for her and I used the one that is not checked for orders. After her seeing the post she researched and found my email. The above statement is from a PM sent to me by the seller.

I would like at this time to retract my earlier statement of no customer service as clearly it was just a misunderstanding. Once I receive the site I will post here to update the post.

Hello Warriors! Just wanted to take this time to offer my appreciation for the nice work done for me by ensited. AKA Maria. The blog took some time to get done Mostly My Fault (Using The Wrong Email) but it sure was worth the wait.

Everything works as stated and though I had some problems in the begining with comunicating with ensited it all got worked out. I'm so happy with the results that I have decided to order a few more of these little niche sites for the holiday shopping season.

If you have been on the fence regarding this don't hesitate and just order one. If you don't want to have the same problem I did with communication then all you have to do is use SKYPE. The response is immediate. Well, thanks again for a nice job.

I ordered my sites on September 11 and I still haven't gotten them. I was told in any email that I'd have them Saturday that past and after several emails still haven't gotten them.
I don't have $97 to throw away. I'd like to know if they are done and if not, please send me a refund.

I will take you up on your generous offer to send me the blogs no charge as such an amount of time has elapsed. I did not mean to infer that you'd take the money and run but I was frustrated at not having reached you nor receive my blogs.

I always believe that “I am answerable to myself first, before anyone else”. If I can’t be true to myself then I can’t be true to anyone.

Just to justify yourself you are lying here. It’s quite sad that these days TRUTH need evidence and I have attached here our conversation on skype, which is opposite of what you are saying here. Because of the limitation on the height on png file, attached zip version of the file. You can see your own skype chat history against your claim of “CRUCIAL FACTOR FOR THE DELAY”.

I have not received any mail from you which you are claiming in point no. 4. How come I can receive emails from rest of the world without any problem and never received from you?

Lastly just to let you know that I am also one of your repeat clients.

I was stuck in hospital in India for 3 weeks and was just checking my mails for few min. I saw your refund and did not logged into paypal to check your NOTE as I was just checking my mails and replying the important ones only.

Be careful of Maria. I have been waiting more than a month now for an order of $1600. He makes all these promises and then refuses to contact me.

Before delaing with him first ask for the product before you pay.

Does anyone have any advice for me on what to do ? I spent money from my childrens schooling find hoping to start something, but now it seems all lost.
