I'm not sure what went on here but it's very
difficult to stay in business writing sales
letters for $197

In order to even make $3k a month somebody would
have to write 15 Sales letters a month which is basically
impossible

I hope that the Copywriter who started this thread is ok and
that everybody gets what they paid for

Not sure what the deal is.. I think he just sold way too many WSO's and got really behind and now who knows what's going on.. I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt, but 5 months is too long

For Mark (and anyone who is wondering about this WSO):

Here is the short version.

I purchased 3 sales letters from Mark from his original WSO back in June 2009.

As of today, Dec. 29 2009, I still have not received 2 of the 3 letters I paid for six months ago.

Mark started his second WSO on Sept. 2. As of that day, I still had not received one single letter of the three I had paid for.

In other words, Mark started a new WSO without fulfilling his obligations from the first one.

After many emails and repeated excuses, Mark finally delivered one letter on October 25th. The quality was not in keeping with his samples and I ended up not using the copy at all.

I have emailed Mark about the remaining two letters and as of today, I still have not heard anything back from him.

I am publicly requesting that Mark immediately refund my payment for the remaining two letters ($394 total).

I will also be sending an email directly to Mark requesting my refund. I will keep everyone posted as to what Mark does.

For a long time I was willing to give Mark the benefit of the doubt, but after six months of excuses and runarounds and after reading all of the other responses on the forum, it is clear Mark is unwilling and/or unable to fulfill his obligations.

There seems to be some doubt as to whether you are delivering the sites people have ordered but you may well have mitigating circumstances.I see the paypal link still works so please answer the following honestly. How long will it take for you to write a sales letter for an order this week. You know your workload and schedules. All I am asking is that you are honest and open.

I emailed you on Dec, 29, 2009 and again on Jan. 11, 2010 requesting a refund for the remaining two letters which I paid for back in June 2009.

I have been waiting over six months now and unfortunately, all I have received are multiple emails from you promising delivery dates that weren't met time and time again. And the one sale letters I did receive was not as good as your samples indicated.

Furthermore, you went ahead with a new WSO even before you had fulfilled your obligations from the previous one. This is simply unacceptable.

Mark, I gave you the benefit of the doubt for a long time and I think that after six months, it's simply time to get a refund, shake hands and move on.

Please refund my original payments immediately for the remaining two letters ($394 total).

I have already emailed you the original paypal receipts.

I have contacted Mark multiple times via email, as well as this forum, and he has not responded in any way.

Same here I purchased mine in June and have not received anything as promised.

There has been a severe lack of communication from him and I feel as though I have been left out in the dark.

All I want is just some form of assurance or proof that my copy is underway.

Now, I just want my refund!

This is very unfortunate. I too have had same thing happen to me with other service
providers. I did not check to see how long this person has been on forum...the point I
want to make is to be careful that just because someone has been providing services
or a member for some time does not guarantee that you will get what you paid for.

What is bothersome is when you pay for services and you receive nothing. You are then told that they do not have the money to make the refund....or that they have to pay you
back in instalments. They spend the money and they fail to provide the service.
