I lost money to Nicholas Cole, a sales letter at $197 and $47 for 2 press releases; now I am looking for a new copy writer and what do I find, again a copy writer who has similar issues with delivering, eventually they get so much workload that they get a burn out and they leave the premises....well, Nicholas Cole did, I don't hope you too Mark.

However, reading these replies makes me decide not to order here.

My question to all warriors; who does know a good copy writer that is not to expensive to start with, WHO can be trusted on his/her delivery promise?

I still have NOT received mine. Despite the fact that I specifically told Mark I needed it by end of LAST month and him replying that he "CAN" (with caps) definitely complete it, I have yet to receive it as of today 20th of October.

I would wait until we receive our letters we paid for before you consider buying.

His last email to me was "I'll have it tomorrow or the next day at the latest"
That was 6 days ago. When I emailed him Thurs. I got an auto responder saying "I'll be away for Friday"...

His words may help me sell (supposedly) but this was definitely a bad experience.

Your scenario sounds EXACTLY like mine. Seems like he's telling all his customers the same thing..

I even paid him $297 to do an extra upsell. Funny thing is he requested the extra payment to be made asap so he could start work like one MONTH ago. That was the ONLY time he was prompt in his replies.

It's certainly a BAD experience. I've waited for close to two months, postponed my launch twice. And now, I don't even know what to expect.

The worse thing is, I asked him like three times if he can deliver by the end of the LAST month and he said yes he CAN (with caps). Not like I'm rushing him or anything.

Very shocking indeed..

Mark emailed me a draft of one of the sales letters he is doing for me. Its very good. Does that excuse the lack of communication or time lines promised but not met? No. But at least the end result may be something I can use to make my money back.

I dont see how he can do the other letter I paid for however.

I hope he finishes this first letter this week.

Mark contacted me via Skype. He has had some family emergency. He said he will get my final draft of my first letter done this weekend.

The last reply I got from Mark was 13 DAYS ago where he said he'll deliver by the end of the week, else he'll refund me. It's now 8 days after the end of the week where he was "supposed" to deliver. And Mark still has not contacted me at all despite my numerous emails.

Filed a paypal dispute but he's not responding either. I guess I should just move on...

I just received my copy from Mark today. I must say it is pretty damn good. I wanted to buy my own product! Yes he was late in delivering but he told me he had a family emergency. Was it worth the wait? I think so. Its much better than it ever was. He even asked me to get him the info on my other letter I paid for.

Was I upset for his tardiness? Yes. But he did deliver in the end.

I've been trying to get hold of him for the last 7 days with no avail.

Hi All.

First of all I’d just like to apologize for taking so long to reply to everyone. Over the last two and a half weeks we’ve had an emergency in the family, and it’s made communication really hard. I’ve emailed everybody back and explained this to them – and everyone has understood and been really great about it.

Naturally... this has gotten me a little behind, but please understand I’m working as fast as I can. Everyone will get their copy and it will be the same quality I always deliver. Nobody so far has been short of amazed at what I’ve done.

So here are some updates:

Bob – I’ve finished your copy ... it turned out to be 18 pages long but it’s done and should convert really well for you.

Calvin, thank you for your patience... I’ve finished all three of your letters and they are emailed across to you. The squeeze page is 2 pages, the main one is about 18 pages and you’ve already seen your final letter.

I’ve emailed across 3 others letters. If you have any questions things have settled down alot now so I’ll be able to return Skype messages, Emails and PMs within a few hours.
Once again... I’m really sorry that this has happened to everyone.

Anyone who has worked with me before knows this isn’t what it’s usually like. I always take care of my customers and try to go the extra mile... I know it must be really frustrating for all of you, but I'm working as fast as I can to get your copy out.
