One thing that I don't think will work is this part below because I for one have about 5 different sites all in the same niche and I never really know which site to use until I have spoken to the other person.

This feature is for your ad swap partner to track when the ad was sent. If you don't know which opt-in page to use out of your 5 niches, just put any and then if it differs later make sure you let your ad swap partner know.
