As far as ranking for competitive terms this method WILL help you by getting your links on Google's radar and into their index which will increase your rankings, however its going to take your own keyword research to figure out how many backlinks you'll need in order to outrank your competition.

If you're not informed, Google can easily track your ip address (actually they do), and a suspicious behavior of signing up for thrown away accounts for spam purpose WILL get you banned from all of your accounts

I don't think that my method had anything to do with your account getting suspended. I've not heard any similar things from other people who are using this method nor have I ever gotten my account suspended.

Sign up to the page on the backlink package, add your links, go to view your links, copy the URL, Make a post on twitter adding the URL of your profile page with the backlinks ???
Google vists twitter about every 15 mins i have read ???
Would this be any good ??

Nope, goldmind123 was right. My account haven't been banned yet but I received an email from Google saying this:-
