In the links you provide us we cant just substitute our old hop username in place of yours because each one encodes the user id and the merchant and product id.

Sorry for the delay but I must tell you that 50 people bought my product, and you were the 50th. And none of the 49 members asked me to give them the links that you asked me to give you.

I only agreed to provide you with these links out of curtsy although I was not bound to offer it, and since I'm also a very busy person just like you so you I'm not bound by your schedule and timeline.

I told you that I would send them to you in 24 hours, and I meant that too but you didn't take in to account the time difference between our countries, and other factors.

I'll refund you the $7, although I didn't provide any refund or MB Guarantee in my WSO, but I can make an exclusion in your case.

As you see the time frame from the time I received your PM indicating I would get the links within 24 hour time period and the time I sent you the pm explaining the urgency and disappointment was 30 hours.

You state that you offered to provide the links to me as a courtesy and were not bound to offer them and that you were not bound by my schedule or time line.

I would have to disagree with you because you clearly indicate "what" is to be expected when we make our purchase (correct hoplinks that we can simply add in our clickbank nicknames) and it is expected to be provided "immediately" upon purchase.

You clearly indicate in the wso the following:

"All articles already have hoplinks to the Clickbank product, so all you have to do is to insert your own nickname, rather than having to go the marketplace and finding the product link."

In a post above on the 28th I pointed out to you that the links were indeed not provided in such a way that we can just replace our own nickname. They don't even take us to the place to generate our own hoplinks. where they do take us, is to the sales page of the product being reviewed which does us no good.

What you provided us with was your own hoplink which is the new encrypted type of CB hoplink that prevents others from modifying them.

we cannot simply replace something within those links and they work.

I pointed this out to you.

What you indicated and described in the wso offer was that you would provide us with the old style hoplinks that would allow us to insert our CB nickname in the correct place.

Rather than providing them, you claim to be a busy person and that because I was the only one to complain out of your 50 buyers, that somehow that makes a difference as to whether you should provide what you stated in your wso or not.

I can't explain to you why the others didn't notify you about the incorrectly provided hoplinks.

Maybe they are like a large % of buyers that all they do is buy and store the products on their hard drive and never do anything with them or they purchased with plans to use them later.

Maybe some of them seen links in each file and are not experienced clickbank affiliates and didn't know they were not provided the correct links.

There are many legitimate reasons why people didn't complain and because one as myself who takes the time to do so doesn't make me the bad guy.

Bottom line is that you didn't provide to us the replaceable hoplinks which would prevent us from having to look them all up over at clickbank.

Your answer is to refund me, ignore or shrug off your responsibility. And since others didn't complain you feel you can get away with it.

It was a nice gesture to refund me for which I didn't ask for a refund.

However I am still waiting for the correctly formatted hoplinks that were promised as being provided in this wso.

Myself and anyone who purchased this wso does in fact have to do our own research and locate and build our own affiliate links for every one of the 55 reviews.

I'm sure the other 49 now that they have been made aware of the issue will be wanting what they were promised to.

It is well over the 24 hour period you promised to provide the correct links to me and well after the public post I made here indicating the links provided were incorrect.

Surely by now you have the correct links to give all of us.

Please provide everyone here a new time frame when we may expect to get the correct links.
