Didn't ANYONE get their download links on this??? Or it is just me? Sent PM, sent numerous emails, but nothing. Cannot even find a support desk for these guys.

What grates with me about this is....I purchased going on two weeks ago, come back today and the offer is closed, so someone over at Monetize Design is ALIVE, so why can't you take a couple of minutes in helping your customer?

I need an answer ASAP on this, I don't give $37 away for nothing.

I have (sadly) had no choice but to begin the dispute 'process' with PayPal...

a wicked shame that guys blessed with such design skill are evidently inversely lacking in business sense/skill...

*ps- I got a 100% refund within about 30 minutes of filling...I still feel that is a shame that it took a complaint to PayPal to get some action...would rather have had the vids!

I've had the same problem with Wynter. I think I'll do a little more research next time. It's not the first time this has happened. I know we're not supposed to soil the name of a fellow Warrior but does Wynter qualify as a fellow Warrior?
