1. PM me with information on who exactly you want to find (Programmer, VA, content writer, designer, etc. What skills do you want them to have specifically? how much are you willing to pay them, etc. Give me all the details)

2. I'll look at your comments and contact you with any questions I have. After I confirm with you that I am able to find someone right for you, I send you a paypal invoice for 50% deposit.

3. You pay 50% deposit.

4. I find THAT IDEAL FREELANCER for you and inform you I have him.

5. You test him for 2 days (see below)

5. You pay the other 50%

6. I give you the contact details for that freelancer and you're happy ever after.

It shouldn't take more than a week from the time you order to the time you guys start working together.

Guarantee.

I'll let you test your freelancer for 2 days and this is how it works: you will tell me what you want the freelancer to do, he'll do it and you'll get a report. If you're happy with everything, you pay the second half of the payment. No refunds will be made after the second payment is completed (yo'll receive the email address of the person you're going to be working with after you pay, and refunds can't be made after that).

$197 to find a freelancer for you (according to your specifications)

$297 to find a freelancer and train them so that you get them all ready to work.
